Join the new world

I put quite a lot of thought into who I wanted to be in my cab. If I wanted to take the same people, promote a few people or fire a few people. Luckily I was not forced to fire anyone as my cab this term was fantastic and did everything I asked. But I have shuffled a few people around and asked a few new people to step up and others to do more.



First I suppose ill start with my vpp and this is quite an easy pick, as I won’t be having one. I will instead be appointing my eternal vp, best friend, mother, and father Fingerguns to be my shadow VP with literally nothing to do. Instead I will be asking her to assist with the various departments, most likely she will be inside RR helping with the retention side of things or if our media department needs it she can always write for them. Fingerguns can do anything well and she will be a great shadow VP. Her help with the departments can make sure they are run perfectly.



My next choice is my CoS and I’ve asked someone fairly new to the Feds leadership to give this job a try. I’ve asked Psybertron/Shuji Ariwa to be my Chief of Staff. He has the drive and the will to work and help the party to take this position and I believe one day he could be the Party President of the Feds. I will be asking him to write an article a week plus elections, so 6 articles in a month. I will also be tasking him with making sure the departments run well and he will be one of my main advisors when it comes to political actions.
Mostly I wish to give Shuji a try at helping run the party in a higher capacity. The amount of work that I’ve seen him put into DoRR despite him being a relatively new department head is impressive and if he puts the same amount of work into CoS that he put into DoRR he will be an amazing leader for the party.



Next up is DoRR, I’ve asked an old time fed and recent returner to run this program. Logamac will head this department along with help from a new fed centomax. Logamac is one of the few people on my staff that have does their job before, he was a Fed years ago when he helped run DoRR and he did a great job if I remember correctly and given a chance I believe he can do an even better job this term. I have also asked Centomax a Fed that's almost only a few weeks old to give DoRR a try. He’s new but he has a drive to get things done so I believe he will be a great asset to the staff next term.



Next is my Media staff and I’ve asked both Ike and Wasp to stay aboard. They both filled my expectations and more this term but I’ve asked them to step it up this term. They are going to double their article count and in order to increase media output. I understand that writing so much can be a difficult task to manage especially without topics to write about so I’m going to try and reform our media to be written almost the same way the WHPR is. More than one person will write in one article and there will be a few sections about whatever they desire to write about. The article will be less strictly about the Feds and will have more entertainment with our P/H propaganda.



My political director will remain the same as Paul Proteus and I will also be exploring some ideas in order to get more involvement and enjoyment out of being a Federalist Senator. Paul is Paul, he has run the PD for some time and he always knows what to do with the department. I also value his opinion greatly when it comes to congressional elections and the Speaker of the House elections. His opinions in general are pretty great so there's no reason not to ask him to continue.



Last I bring up the FBI department. This one is quite simple as well as the start but I do not believe this was brought up with many people outside of leadership. The FBI department has been retired until it can be deemed to be useful again. This department was focused mainly on the protection of our forums and our party against PTOs and negative external influences. However, with the new voting group and the lack of PTOers FBI has not done much lately so I decided to retire this department until further notice.



I believe that's it. I have a solid team here with a few returning faces and a few new ones that I believe all will do an amazing job if I am elected. I hope that if you do decide to vote me in again that I will not disappoint and that I can continue helping my party and the eUS become a better and more fun place for all Feds.
