各位好，一如既往的報告又來了。

這次是百包哥任期內最後的報告，將會把目前e台灣近況以及訓練戰做個報告，而上次遊記有許多捧有提到想看更多美食、日本女生(當然是人家說可以我們才照的呦)等等的願望，這次也會追加遊記附在報告內，跟上次不一樣的是這次不會在把報告跟遊記結合呈現，想看遊記的捧友可以直接跳到最下面去～

第一個部分是各訓練戰報告～

基本上大家可參考百包哥這篇為國人玩家及外國玩家寫的訓練戰須知～

2019/06/04 (Day 4,214)與立陶苑結束訓練戰，相當感謝立陶苑在台這段時間，雙方為彼此創造了訓練的機會，未來將持續與立陶苑聯繫，國際上碰到依然是朋友，這裡也跟大家報告完畢。


第二個部分是e波蘭加入本島訓練戰～



我方與e波蘭即將開始訓練戰，首先以下先對本國玩家公布本次雙方已簽訂完成訓練合同。

由雞歷Day 4215開始，e中華民國(下稱我方)與e波蘭將展開訓練戰。

本訓練戰締約條例將與我方與e德國之間所簽訂條例相似。

1. e波蘭將在我方三塊核心地進行訓練，分別是南台灣、中台灣與東台灣。
我方將贏下起義戰，e波蘭將贏下正面戰。

2. 本條目禁止e波蘭利用我方核心土地做為侵犯他國手段以維持地區和平(我方執政團隊允許情況下例外)。我方有權利用一切手段防止並守護訓練戰遭到外部玩家或勢力所影響。

3. 我方與e波蘭將在國內公開告知本訓練戰條例，以確保雙方戰士瞭解訓練戰及維持訓練秩序。雙方有義務公開告知各方同盟國以確保本訓練戰不受同盟國戰士影響。

4. 本次訓練戰將至少維持三十天，直到其中一方宣布停止訓練，前述終止訓練公布後，e波蘭於四天內需歸還所有我方土地。

5. 每月一次由e波蘭將佔領我方土地期間所得之稅金返還。

[English Version]



Starting from the day 4215 of the New World the training war between ePoland and eRepublic of China (Taiwan) will be established.

This TW agreement is very similar to the one eRoC signed with eGermany.

1. Poland and eRoC (Taiwan) will conduct a training war in the following three regions: Southern Taiwan, Central Taiwan, Eastern Taiwan. Poland will win direct battles while eRoC will win resistance wars.

2. Poland can not use their colonies in eRoC (Taiwan) to attack a neighbour of Taiwan without eRoC (Taiwan) government approval. eRoC will use diplomatic and military power to maintain the training war if any foreigner tries to sabotage it.

3. Coordination between both countries will be conducted to ensure that their soldiers benefit from the training war as much as possible and that the training war does not get sabotaged. Both countries will make sure their allies do not interfere with the training war.

4. The training war will last for at least 30 days and will be implicitly reconducted afterwards until one of the 2 countries asks to stop it. There will then be a delay of 4 days to stop it and free every region of eRoC (Taiwan) if no other agreement is signed by both countries.

5. Every month, Poland will give back Taiwan (eRoC) the tax that it received from eRoC colonies.

它是以辣度出名的～愛吃辣可以點超級辣吃吃看。

P.S. 我媽超愛吃辣，小辣她就說辣了這邊提供參考。


這個是來名古屋必吃美食之一，日本「鰻魚飯」。



名古屋有間蛋糕店很有名氣，推薦給想吃的捧友「HARBS」。



高山市某店有上電視的和牛拉麵，重點它是用「A5級牛肉」。



來日本也可以點西菜，這個肉記得也是超貴的忘記名字了 XDDD



披薩，超好吃名字也忘了，但沒忘的是美麗服務員們的親切笑容 XDDDD



同上餐廳的義麵，結論：大家都吃很飽～



名古屋某店抹茶點心，這次奢侈了點加「金箔」。

以下歸納出「烏克蘭」、「德國」、「波蘭」等三國訓練戰規則，請大家配合輸出，感謝大家的配合。

德 國—在德國固有四塊地輪流進行，我方贏得正面場 ; 起義戰場要輸。
訓練地：Rhineland-Palatinate,Baden-Wurttemberg,Saarland,Hesse。
烏克蘭—於烏克蘭三塊領土輪流進行，我方贏得正面場 ; 起義戰場要輸。
訓練地：Bukovina,Galicia and Lodomeria, Podolia。
波 蘭—於我國本島三塊地輪流進行，我方贏得起義場 ; 正面戰場要輸。
訓練地：除北台之外的南台、中台、東台灣三塊我國固有領土。
