[CYP-GOV] TW with Israel

Dear eCypriots,

As you may have noticed, eIsrael sent us a DoW approximately 24 hours ago. Gracefully, they have accepted our offer to TW with them. Hereby we'd like to thank eIsrael president TheEnglihtenedNaor, eIsrael MoFA Passover II, as well as rest of eIsrael cabinet and eIsrael people.

Here's the terms for our agreement:

TW agreement between eIsrael and eCyprus:

- Both countries will TW between Southern Cyprus and Nazareth until one party cancels, no battles will be won by either side.

- Both countries will only use battles for TW purposes and not for battle blocking purposes. Any party is free to cancel TW at any point.

- First 30 minutes of the battles will be for the eCitizens of the respective countries. Unauthorized BH attempts of eCitizens of both sides to the opposition side will be penalized by letting the next round/battle's equivalent division BH medal to the party that lost the medal.

We hope that this training war will be fruitful for both eCountries, as well as a step towards increased cooperation between two eCountries despite their relations with different alliances.

We are happy to increase our number of TWs to four with this addition, and hope to make some more additions with relation to the upcoming resource wars.
