[CYP-GOV] TW With Chile

Dear Cypriots, dear goats,

I'd like to introduce to you our new TW agreement with Chile:

1. Cyprus will launch an airstrike on the Bolivian region
Chuquisaca & Tarija and engage in a Training War with Chile.

2. The Training war will take place in the form of Ping Pong, the attacker always losing the battle.

3. The proposed regions to be susceptible to attack are:
3.1. On the Cypriot side: Chuquisaca & Tarija
3.2. On the eChilean side: Bolivian Altiplano

4. Cyprus will not occupy the Chilean region on which
it launches the attack.

5. Chile will not occupy the Cypriot region on which
it launches the attack.

6. Both Cyprus and Chile will provide military
assistance to the other if for some reason the marker needs to be corrected in a campaign.

7. To coordinate the launching times of the attacks, a
coordination group will be created between both countries in telegram.

8. The duration of the proposed Training War will be
one month from the date of signature, with the possibility of renewal if both parties agree to prolongate this agreement.
