[CP] The Show Must Go On v2

Day 4,160, 00:05 Published in Australia Australia by Lawkee

Greetings dear eAustralia,

It has been a while since I wrote my last article so I figured it's time to whip something up. It's a bit overdue and I apologize for that. It won't be a wall of text like last time, I will just reflect on what has been done in the past month and what's expecting us in the month ahead.

As you are prolly already aware, we signed a concession agreement with Lithuania. We're renting out our Iron and Saltpeter and in exchange we get their protection plus 390k cc per month. Also an MPP has been signed and renewed recently. Pretty sweet right?

We plan to renew the rest of the MPP stack, and since we renewed our MPP with Ireland a week ago, the one with Chile is most probably going to be renewed in 10 days or so.

Our deal with Indonesia is still in force, but it expires in June. Have to remind you that it has an option of extending the deal to 6 additional months but we will talk and renegotiate the terms because I've been contacted by some powerful countries who were interested in renting those resources. We'll see.

Iran has liberated their cores and revived their lapsed economy so we resumed our deal and sent Granite in accordance with the deal. The TW has also ended as we agreed before. Many of you have probably felt the impact of it, because it means less battles which also means less medals and no TP money.

Macedonia has decided to leave our cores for a while due to high determination in our regions, which made the TW unbearable. They will find a temporary replacement and as soon as mentioned determination resets they will come back. At least that's what they said.

In overall I think we did a great job with securing above mentioned deals, which bring us a nice amount of cash every month plus protection. We are doing great. The only downside of the past term imo was closing the TW with Iran but again, that did not depend solely on us.

EDIT:

******************************************************************************************************************* We just had an interesting turn of events. Basically what happened is, that Macedonia told us that they were leaving as I wrote above. Spain was supposed to take their place, but I proposed our long and faithful ally Ireland instead. Macedonia said no. So basically Australia wasn't allowed to decide with whom we are going to have a TW - on our own land. At the same time we were approached by Croatia who asked to have a TW with us. I briefly explained the situation with Macedonia, that they didn't allow Ireland to come here and Croatia immediately launched an AS - I believe they're coming after Macedonia. It will be a clash of the titans on our cores, but our current concession deals won't suffer and will stay in force. **************************************************************************************************************

Me and my team will continue to serve Australia as long as you need us.

Until next time,

Lawkee
