[CP] And We Are Off

Dear eAustralian Citizens,

As promised in my campaign platform where I wrote that I'll tend to keep you up to date, this article is going to provide you with the necessary information, which will help you stay informed with what is currently
happening in eAustralia and eWorld.

This past week has been quite the busy one. A World War has broken out, and continues to rage across the world. More info about it can be found in aimeisan's article. Luckily, the WW did not hit eAustralia.

With World War under way, eAustralia is trying to stay out of this global conflict. Personally I chose this kind of policy for our country since we currently aren't that strong and in my opinion, it would be wise to avoid any kind of conflicts. We're focused on building better relations with our friends and trying to make new friends on both sides. As promised, eAustralia is slowly rising its level of activity while reducing the level of lethargy in our small community at the same time.

The govt and Congress are currently discussing the idea of using govt funds for supplying active fighters as a part of strategy for boosting our overall activity. More details will be available soon.

On the international stage beside the mentioned WW, we have extended our concession deal with Iran, and reached an agreement with Indonesia about concession of our food resources located in Tasmania. More details about the concession deal with Indonesia can be found here.

Beside the rent which we're getting from our friends in Iran and Indonesia, they have agreed to defend us from any invasion as true friends, so I'd like to use this opportunity and thank them from the bottom of my heart! In the future we will work on improving our relations and strengthen our friendship. Needless to say that we will do everything in our power to honor the deals with Iran and Indonesia.

The fourth and last Concession law has been proposed today. I urge our Congress to vote YES on the proposal.

We've also managed to resolve a misunderstanding and refund the taxes owed to Iran with donations from our Country Treasury to Central Bank of Iran. Big props to Congress members who did their job well and proposed those donations.

That's it for now.

Until next time,
Lawkee, CP of eAustralia
