aku rasa sesapa yg dah undi tu (maybe presiden parti or sesiapa yg expert) boleh post kt media siapa yg patut diundi dan perlu diupdate selalu.

cadangan aku utk 1st stage ni kita bg make sure setiap official candidate dpt 5 undi dulu (contoh). then bru kita tambah kuota ikut kesesuaian. ni sebab kita xnak undi tu dibazirkan.
