Glorious Pancake citizens and the banana eating gorilla of Netherlands alongside 2nd class banned fish and chip, pasty, scone and teabaggers of Britain,

I bring BAD news! Our 2nd class Pancake British citizens has been obeying the UPK laws including being happy to be under control by the MoHA and Leader of the UPK.

No laws has been broken and no punishments has been ordered. This is a disaster! No powerful nation can rule without punishing it slaves or citizens. Referring to the once successful The Dutch State of Norway where many citizens has been force fed for breaking laws (This is how a powerful nation should rule!

As there has been no revolts, anti UPK rebels, anti Pancakesimn, Punishemnts or rule breakers; The United Kingdom will return with the ousted government back in charge and the branding of Pancake Shops back to Fish and Chips Shops.

All 2nd class citizens will be given normal class citizenship for the new and returned United Kingdom.
