Today, i wanted to discuss with you about one cool upcoming event of erepublik.
Our valentines day event/quest!

The big question is, with 2 days to go, will it arrive in erepublik this year?
or not?
or perhaps it will have new quests/missions/medals?

Who knows? what we do know, is that we can evaluate the situation based on last years events and situations.

Below, i shall write a cool analysis of last years valentines event, based on mr biters excellent article below:

So, as it was written in last years article about the valentines event, things went on like this:

it was a special Weekly Challenge with FREE TANKING called HUNGRY FOR LOVE!
The event started at 00:00:01 eRep time on Tuesday and it ended on 23:59:59 eReps time on Monday.
In the 14th of February it's Valentine's Day (duh). Thats when the fun would start, and the event's info and rewards were:

HUNGRY FOR LOVE WEEKLY CHALLENGE:

*Rewards until 80.000 Prestige points

We were receiving an amount of:

*Energy Recover (+50 in total)
*Energy Bars (1502 total EB's)
*Treats (1522 in total)
*Overtime Points (290 in total)
*+10/+20% Air Deploy Rank Points Booster for 10 minutes
*+10/+20% Ground Deploy Rank Poitns Booster for 10 minutes
*+10% Air Deploy Influence Booster for 10 minutes
*+10% Ground Deploy Influence Booster for 10 minutes
*+100/+200% Deploy Size Booster for 10 minutes.
*+1 Small Bomb
*+10000 Storage

*Factory Reset Tokens (95 in total)

*Q5 Moving Tickets (20 in total)

*+50% Damage Booster for 2 hours (5 in total)

NOTE: Treats expired in 15 Days from the time you received them.

Also, Gifts expired in 3 Days from the time you received them. By spending 150 energy = One Gift.

However, Boosters had unlimited expiration time!

UPDATE 1: Hungry for Love button, Gifts, Decorations and many other things were only available for that weekend.

HUNGRY FOR LOVE BUTTON cost 5000cc for 1 minute and gave you +1 Prestige Point per hit in your Weekly Challenge. So, the combination with Prestige Poits Booster gave you a total x2.
Don't forget, the ''hungry love'' button doesn't work in an Epic Battle (Most contested).

-How could I send Love Bites?
First of all, go to your friend's profile. In the right side you will see a button "send a gift
". NOTE: The maximum number of gifts that someone can recieve are 300, during the weekend.

The Valentine's XS pack :
Offered you : 2x Double Energy Bars, 3x Tripple Energy Bars, x50 Gift, x5 Loyalty Points *
* Not available when purchasing with Tokens
+753% , +6,000 Energy

Valentine's S pack :
Offered you: 2x Double Energy Bars, 3x Triple Energy Bars, x150 Gift, x10 Loytaly Points *
* Not available when purchasing with Tokens

+700% , +12,000 Energy

And in the ''love bites'' part of the game, it went on like this :

As the ''hungry for love'' parallel event states, for every 150 energy that you will consume in wars, you will get a special “love bites” gift as a reward, aka= a ''gift pack'', which you can gift to other players in order to give them a boost and so that you (we) can earn the valentines event medal, according to each milestone that we will reach.

the gift-giving of ''gift packs'' milestones goes as follows :

-for giving away 100 gifts

-for giving away 400 gifts

-for giving away 1000 gifts

as such, its crucial for you to give away/to donate at least 100+ gift packs to your friends, as they will expire soon!

but one might ask me, ''why i can see the gift packs that i earn during battles, but i cannot see the gift packs that my friends send to me?''

well, the answer to that is simple :

thats because you can only see the gift packs that you earn by fighting in battles (for every 150 energy that you spend in a war, you will get 1 gift and so on...)

The only wait for us to truly know, is by waiting for a couple of days and seeing the changes for ourselves.
