They may have modified it, for I paid 1.8 as well.
That OR it is different per person, and of course it IS bugrepublik..
I think they have 2 separate types and half of everyone got one and the other half another. In the article they wrote about it showed something to do with a 7 day testing period.
After reviewing EI, I believe actual costs may vary since it's a split-test.
It's inaccurate to blame "capitalism" for this, imo.
