Home Affairs
Home Affairs will be split into 2 with 1 handling the Security and Immigration of the Country and the other information, recruitment and coaching. Mattio will continue to lead projects in the Information, Recruitment and Coaching while odan will lead the Security and Immigration.

Foreign Affairs
Orion is the key agenda for Foreign Affairs, as Netherlands been made as a trial member of the previous term, we will push the trial membership into full membership. Alongside that we will ask the opinions of the people if they are still interested of being a full members of Orion and also about having the referendum for alliances compulsory. Due to the dealings with Orion and main Dutch Allies. For defence and strategic reasons we will try and reconstruct relations with United Kingdom which lowers the rate of being attacked, NoTie112 will lead the Foreign Affairs Ministry

Finance
It is rare to see articles produced in the finance ministry, for November we will try and launch several articles which includes our financial reports of the last couple months or predicted budget etc in the next couple months, Trannsvaal will lead the Finance Ministry.

Defence
The state Military Unit and other Military Units of Netherlands will continue to collaborate in maintaining orders to help defend allied MPPS or aid them in attacking. The continuation of co-operation is a key incase we have a battle to defend our lands or we are attacking an enemy nation.

It's game mechanics.
He is still running in-game, so I encouraged him to either post an article that would say "I'm not running" or to re-post his program and government.

He chose to do the latter. And given the way the results are looking, I think it will be much better for eNL if we have this clarity on what to expect from the candidates...
