1. copy any erepublik article with numbers only (format must be the same, else this method won't work)

format like this: erepublik.com/en/article/2752433

2. open Ms Excel
3. paste to a column
4. drag down from the right-bottom point on the cell after you see the plus shape until as much as you desire
5. enjoy the results.
6. if you need multi tab opener, just copy the cells you want and use "open multiple url".

This method is usable especially in newer versions because of the numbering pattern, hence the format.
