Halloween Challenge Really Plato? really?!?!?!?! what Challenge?

Is this a joke? Does Plato Really think that 2 seconds worth of though makes a Challenge? The rewards and points needed are exactly the same, sure 2 rewards were changed slightly into very temporary bonuses that only benefit you in ways that aren't exactly helpful to advance you towards other goals.

There are hundreds of ways that this could have been made better I won't even bother to go into it much however, I will say that at a minimum there could have been a badge or a skin for wars or something that could have been awarded a special building or even some kind of candy with small perk etc.
