eUSA population – February 2023

Good morning. The shortest month is over and I want to publish its stats. In the first graphic there is the amount of eUSA citizens every day of February:



Like in the previous two months, the citizens are slowly decreasing. I wanted to put the number of citizens of the first March so everyone can already appreciate the big effect of the second Crypto Vault event: just in a day eUSA registered 31 new citizens.
These are the detailed numbers of February:

Total balance from 1st February (1155) to 28th February (1096) = -59 people
Balance in % : -5 % of population in a month

Top day: 1st February = 1155 people
Low day: 28th February = 1096 people

February mean = 1126 active citizens

The next graphic compares the American average monthly population calculated in more than three years of eRepublik history:



The mean of February went back to the average numbers of the first 10 months of 2022.

While the eWorld lost practically all the citizens gained during the first Crypto Vault event, the eUSA still retains some, so the American citizens in February have represented the 3,2 % of the worldwide population.

The first two columns represent the monthly mean of the citizens registered in eUSA in 2020 and 2021. The other bars are the new American citizens from January 2022 to February 2023: the coloured bar represents the new registrations in a month, the yellow cap in every bar represents the citizenships approved by eUSA congress people.
In the year 2020, eUSA counted around 290 beginners every month plus 10 citizenships approved. In 2021 they reduced to less than 179 beginners per month plus 5 citizenships approved. The 2022 counted a mean of 209 beginners per month plus 6 citizenships approved. In 2023 there are:
January: 184+6
February: 141+2

February definitely had few registrations, 31 of which just in the last day, when the Crypto Vault event has began.

Votes for presidents are in dark blue, votes for congress are in red, and the rest of light green bar represents the quantity of “active” citizens that did not casted a vote.
In February, 265 people of 1141 have voted for President, and 263 of 1101 have voted for Congress. In percentage the votes are the 23 % and the 24 % of the total eUSA population, really similar to the first 10 months of 2022.

It seems the crypto madness is striking again: in just one day, eUSA registered 34 new citizens, while in the normal days they are just 4. What do you think it will happen this time? Same big jump as in November? More? Less? Personally, I think we may see an increase of population, but not so big like the previous one: it’s a second event, there is no more surprise like in the first one, and the “new” people that has participated in the fist event and let their character die, they can just come back, without register another account. After all, practically no one of the 600 American citizens of November was banned.
We will see in the next week what will really happen.
