eRepublik Needs To Fix Strength

For years now,a couple of players have been complaining about the severe problem eRepublik has,which also makes newer player demoralized and about to leave.Well for most of the people "Air" is the solution,but I personally think that it's just an "ignore button" towards the massive Strength problem the game has.I,an player since 2017 need 90 hits to be equal to 4 hits of an older player than me.As time goes by,I will hit millions too but older players will hit trillions and now that is not fair.
Proposed Ideas to Fix the Issue:
Maximum Strength Capacity->A 250k Strength Capacity is what I suggest,before trillions become easy as thousands.
Training Speed Difference->New players should have a big training multiplier that will last till 100k strength,when it reaches 100k it should get 0-d so they can continue their way to 200k as everyone else.It's basically a catch up mechanic!
The Game not Being so Dependent to Money->Everyone now is using money to a very big and enormous advantage against people who don't.Of course this will never stop but hey,I'm stating a solution here.
Strength becomes like Air->Seems reasonable and more realistic.Makes players to fight on battlefields and makes more active players come on top.

Even if eveyone would have the same strenght there is still too much gap between players because of the damage bonus coming from legend ranks so it wouldn't make any difference. In my opinion the ground module is flawed to the extent it doesn't worth to try to repair it, but to decrease its importance in general.
I would introduce air epic and make every third round to be air battle (gound, ground, air, so that in a campaign equal points would come from air and ground).
Also I would introduce naval battle that in campaigns between regions that are separated by sea on the map would substitute ground completely (so that it would be naval, naval, air)
In my opinion it would make the game much more interesting especially to have campaigns in which players are almost completely equal, and the whole communities could participate, not only a few top players.

It's not realistic to reach the 200% damage bonus for free players. Therefore erep is a costumers only game.
Well eRepublik is still just cash grabbing instead of improving.They should've nerfed the Power of Money this game has
Agreed, although no cap but it should go fast up to 95% of the strongest player. That last 5% doesn't matter really but will keep some motivated to fight over that also.

I once got 0.01 strenght when I trained one day. So it has changed and will change again.

No they won't. More likely they will make the strengh more irrelevant and add for example Marine.
And make real life money more useful or something,thats what I think they will do

Perception is there. They're just waiting for the optimnal time to start milking it. I would assume that a majority of big spenders are heavily invested in ground.
Just wait till they make air unbearable too with IRL money needed
