Hallo my dear friends,
It’s a while ago that I assigned employees, I’ve read this a couple of months ago https://wiki.erepublik.com/index.php/Productivity and concluded that it isn’t profitable for me. But it should be worth it for the missions. Can somebody please give me an advise and quick instructions. I have Weapon and Food factories as well as WRM and FRM. I can assign total of 91 employees.
I’m too tired now to figure it out by myself.
Thanks in advance.
Sincerely yours, Starac202

I gave up a long time ago trying to hire workers. Back in time when there were loads of active players it was easier to mentain workers.
Me too. Just post veery high salaries till you have just enough to fulfill first two levels of the mission, than fire all of them and forget about all that till next spring break event My two cents 🙂
Not worth it indeed.
The best is not to use workers on food and weapons. Workers are for houses and air weapons.
Since you don't have the other factories the best is to do nothing.
You still have 7 days, so if you had the other factories...

Second best:
Buy a factory house Q1 and put 1 worker during 5 days (first level of the mission). You probably have the raw for it, if you don't have it then buy a factory for the raw and 1 worker there also, so a total of 10 works (second level of the mission).
Not so goo😛
You could do 50 or 25 total. I think a very easy way would be to aim for the daily challenge, that's 5 workers per day, so a total of 35 but you could stop at 25.
Those 5 workers per day could be in 1 raw air, 1 house and the rest in houses Q1 and Q2.
I suggest buying 2 Q2 and 3 Q1 house companies. And 1 or 2 Q5 house raw material company and use the workers in those.
You can build a holding in Philipines.
Thank you all for the advice, Democr1tus for an extensive one and Arcanic Legend for the short but very useful one.
