Dear friends and foes,

Today is eDay 5150 which is exactly 1000 day since the day CODE was founded. During these days we had a lot of ups and downs, wins and loses, but we are still here.



Cooperation, Organization, Defence and Economy (abbr. CODE) is an alliance founded by 10 nations with aspirations towards military and economic cooperation. It was founded on April 01, 2019 on Day 4150 of the New World by:

Albania, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, South Korea, Thailand, Turkey and the USA.

Vaggelisker told us some details on name choosing for alliance:

After the set was done with whom will join the Alliance . It was time for a name ... The 2 most famous candidates were Vaggelisker with EOS The Titan on dawn and Drawback with CODE . In the free vote that took place in telegram and CODE was chosen by the majority.

Since then, our family gained some new members and even though some countries left the alliance, with almost all of them, CODE still has a great and close relationship.

At this moment, CODE is 15 nations strong, and those are: France, Russia, Thailand, Chile, Bolivia, Hungary, Turkey, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Argentina, Greece, Croatia, Uruguay and Albania.



Let us take this moment to hear from some of CODE players about CODE creation and their experience with CODE throughout these first 1000 days.

CODE alliance wasn't built on roses. Almost every member of it was either wiped or forced to sign NAP for a long time which practically was making them irrelevant. Uniting under the banner of CODE against one of the most long-termed, successful and brutal alliances and doing it against all odds required courage, dedication and solidarity. We knew from the beginning that what we signed up for will test our limits. After all the good and bad days we had, today, on the 1000th day of our journey, we hail all our allies sincerely. - MightAndMagic on 1000 days of CODE.

At the beginning we were a group of close friends from Croatia, Greece,Turkey, Hungary and others who decided to make a hard fighting stand against the Romanian group of influence. Lemmy, Fanis, MaM and Drago (I am not sure about who from Hungary was) took over the military part and me with Alioth, together with all Mofas, made a strong cooperation group that created the feeling of being more than just a central war planning. That's how the idea of CODE was born. The first countries were not the only countries involved in this. Chile and Argentina, together with a lot of other countries were close to the alliance from the very beginning. - Zeus Christou (Current SG of CODE) shares his recollection of the time CODE was created.


I was not around for almost the full first year of CODE existance. I created an account late October 2019. and started to actively play around the time that lockdowns started. My first year here was tough for CODE, but things started to change around Resource wars, continued with amazing and epic victories around Halloween. Then Exploit bans happened. I took over the SG role in June and July of 2021. As someone who started playing actively around the time the USA did the flip, my main wish was always to see them wiped and denied congress. Something we managed to do during that time. Alongside amazing people I had a chance to speak, joke and play with, that is still my favorite moment. - Z E T N E R (CODE SG - June and July 2021) on his experience in CODE.

Joining CODE has been a truly exhilarating experience for Russia. While this decision has been driven rather by exogenous factors, such as the Asterian policy of entitlement of our natural enemies, CODE involvement has anyway proven itself as a worthy challenge to our soldiers. We're under no obligation to do things we don't like; we're under no obligation to succumb to people who have shown their utter disrespect to us for years so far; we're under no obligation to play the game in any of its modes, which might be the thing not even all players in Russia have understood. While we've always been soldiers by our nature, and many nations who have invaded Russia in Pacifica times and prior to that know that well, the status of the global factory has for long deprived us, on one hand, of the possibility to make more training wars, on the other hand, to act on the offensive. All in all the CODE path has been a logical solution for Russia after all when the situation in the game changed. While we sometimes may struggle to present a proper war campaign of our own, we do our best to help our allies and friends in many other ways, aerial combat, our natural environment, being one of them. We don't know how this period of the game will end up, and we can not expect too much good of the game in the coming months and years, given its increasingly poor design and unmeaningful updates, but maybe there are more important things than sheer damage and domination which the other alliance has enjoyed for years. I was a Thai newbie when CODE was founded. Tried to stay aside and not be involved at the start because of being part of the opposite side shortly before. Silly me, thought CODE players wouldn’t believe me. MaM approached me asking why I am avoiding our alliance channels. Mjura also kept asking me to join, poor guy needed rest as tanks were also afk. So I did. To say I was impressed is not enough. Got many new friends who showed me I was wrong and trusted me fully as much as made me SG of CODE. I will not be humble and will say I became SG when CODE was at its lowest and needed all the support it could get. Kept repeating in alliance channels that communication is the key while pinging all member’s gvts to talk and communicate. The Military Team Group was born at that time. These were long few months. I just hope we learned the lesson and won’t repeat the same mistakes! We are one compact group and should keep working on getting stronger all together! Dearest moment? In the beginning we were only a few countries, Croatia just woke up from her deep sleeping but the connection towards her friends was always very strong. Our family grown very fast as the time passed and as we become stronger on fight we were more and more sure that time is arrived and we need make a forme what we already felt.
These 4 years what i spent with our family, in the begginig as croatian MoFa and some times CP than greek dictator and many times CP (SG of the CODE alliance september 2019 till january 2020) was unforgetable to me. All the friendship what we made ingame and RL too are valuable. We had so many great moment that it would be hard to choose. Even so I try, that the period of june and july of 2019 when we made for me the most memorable moments in this game. Croatia took Serbia regions while Greece did the same in Romania. Code has provided us with a family of nations and new friends that made us stronger even in times that was dark for our alliance and even some disputes between our members it was only natural.. Families some times fight.. But deep inside there is respect for each one. - Vaggelisker (Bank of Code) and his thoughts on CODE.



There are many occasions from last 1000 days that we could mention and talk about here like MaMs Holly F* Train in Bulgaria, harrasing FYROM in Australia, Day 5000 Alliance operation and stopping almost all Asteria TWs before the “Fuel update”, France joining CODE, all the big wars and wins like Patagonia, Upper Austra and others, wipeing USA, Morning Coffee in Bucharest, United States of CODE and Andes, welcoming Russia to CODE, when Serbia was completely wiped, trying to AS Germany in the last moment to escape a fully wipe, Asterian failed attempts to occupy Thai and so many other memories that we will recollect in more details for our 3rd birthday in April.

Of course, there were many difficult moments as well for our alliance. The biggest test for our alliance were times after Asterian use of exploit (before we even knew what the issue was) which resulted in a dramatic shift of power, boycotts and some players leaving the game. The most important thing is that CODE survived all of that and even witnessed the punishment day when accounts who used exploit got perma bans.

But this is a day to celebrate and remember our successes, our fun times on channels, friendships that were created and strengthened and to look forward to working together in future, as much as possible with all the dubious changes that are happening in the game.
