Hi all,

After much deliberation, I have devised a manifesto with five clear and overarching policies for my third term as UKRP party president. I believe that they are exactly what is needed to revitalise the party in the current political climate. Without further ado, here are my five key policies:

1. Sir Humphrey Appleby to be Legally Renamed 'Rupert'

2. Reinstate the Monthly Penis Measuring Contest
A sorely missed event in the party calendar, the penis measuring contest will be reinstated with full honours during my term. With Wook gone it will be interesting to see who will win.

3. Order the Congress List Based on Dick Size
If elected, I will present a congress list with our members proudly sporting their dick sizes -- unlike the other, more feeble and smaller dicked parties.

4. Make Armenia Great Again

5. Build a Monument to Wook
This will feature his taxidermied corpse at the fore -- I believe Rodney Mckay still offers mates rates on this.

I shouldn't worry too much - in the past few elections we have had more slots available than candidates - so just self-nominating is usually all that is required to get into Congress!
