Below you will find the complete version of the rules of The Flying Dutchman Program. I'm publishing this article because the previous rules article did not mention the ranking rewards.



"eligible citizens"
- You need to be a citizen of eNetherlands with level higher (or equal) than 20.
- You need to have an aerial rank higher or equal to Flight Luitenant.
- When your aerial rank is higher or equal to a Group Captain you are excluded from the kill rewards and will only receive ranking rewards.
- You need to make atleast 125 kills in aerial battles during the previous week.

Kill rewards:
- Every eligible citizen will receive a fixed 5cc per aerial kill.
- The ''kill cap'' is set at 1500 kills per week.


Rank rewards:

Flight Lieutenant and every * gets 1,500 cc
Squadron Leader and every * gets 3,000 cc
Chief Master Sergeant and every * gets 7,500 cc
Wing Commander and every * gets 12,500 cc
Group Captain and every * gets 20,000 cc
