[eSwiss Defense] Military aid reform proposal for all citizens.

Dear citizens of Switzerland

In agreement with the President, I am going to propose this military aid reform to all citizens with the aim of encouraging old and new players to follow the military module and improve the average level of the Swiss Army

I want to thank the 13 players who participated in the Census of the Swiss Armed Forces last week.
Based on the results of the census and seeing the military development of this game, I came to these conclusions and to propose this reform of aid to the soldiers.



First of all, for everyone, even for those who don't shoot, but double click and connect a couple of times a day: BUY Q1 HOUSE. It will make you work once more a day making you earn.
A Q1 house currently costs around 9,400 cc ... a daily salary of 1,900 cc.
If I work 7 times a week I will have:
1,900 cc x 7 = 13,300 cc - 9,400 cc expenditure = 3,900 cc of weekly earnings.

The war on erep is divided into two types of battle. Ground and air.
The factors that determine the strength of a soldier and his real contribution to the national inf are:
Ground battle: Strength, Rank, Level 100 soldier (+ 10% )
Air Battle: Rank, Level 100 (+ 10% )

Initially I thought I could help new players by increasing the levels of training ground . But in hindsight it is not an optimal choice. Any loan or concession of 10 or 20 gold for training ground would not be enough to bring all the training ground to level Q4 and to sign the contract in order to grow the player by the maximum daily strength (+90 strength). In addition to this , the difference in strength between a new player and one with the Infantry Kit would remain constant over time, with no possibility of reducing this difference.
This is why I opted to help new players in the Air Battles.



Air battle aid

As written above, in air battles the rank level is fundamental. As a national army, all soldiers should have at least the level of Chief Master Sergeant *. In fact, this is the first level where the inf shot in battle by the soldier is considered 100% valid also as a battle inf for the nation. Having said that, the measures I would like to take to help achieve this are:

1) All soldiers who shoot weekly in air battles (with a minimum of 175 weekly kills, 25 kill per day), will be awarded a refund in food equal to 100% of the food spent in combat (1 kill = 30 energy). Until Rank Chief Master Sergeant* is achieved

2) For all soldiers who have already reached and exceeded this rank, my proposal provides for a weekly budget to be reached established with the government and with the commander . This aid will be a partial refund of food (e.g. budget from 700 kill week to 2100 kill week), but it will still be a help to those who usually shoot more

Eg 3 Airmen A, B, C, all 3 made 1,650 kills in a week.
Aviator A - Budget 700 kill - budget reached - food refund for 21,000 energy
Aviator B - Budget 1,200 kill - budget reached - food refund for 36,000 energy
Aviator C - Budet 2,000 kill - budget not met - food refund 0

In this way, knowing the number of participants in the initiative and their fixed budget, it will be possible to calculate in advance the maximum reimbursement expenses and vary the budgets based on the resources available.



Ground battle aid.

As for the D4 division, also thanks to the new arrivals of the last few weeks, I see no problems in being able to manage one or two simultaneous wars.
We have more problems in the minor divisions.
For all the D1 / D2 / D3 who want to win the BH and who have not very high strength (let's say under 150k of strength) remember that to have a certain security of being able to take a BH, you must be ready to put from 10 M to 100 M of inf according to the divisions ... well calculate the number of bars you need before you go on an adventure like this.
As a nation (which aims to win all the BHs of a TW with its citizens), in my opinion we should instead help farm the players who use the Maverick Pack (MP). They have enough strength and rank to take many BHs. Fundamental for this type of game is a player of lower division (better with Infantry Kit, but it is not essential) with good strength that you fire a shot (token) that is a 'base strength' for the player with MP who will go to farm using a smaller number of fights.
Currently, in D1 there are no players with such characteristics.
In D2 and D3 if you want.
If interested these players could get in touch with current players with MP and agree to be able to fire as many tokens as possible in the various battles.
If at the end of the week, players with MP will evaluate if they have received real help in the weekly battles or not.
If the aid is considered sufficient. The nation will refund these players who put the token with a value to decide (for example a house q1)



At the moment I don't know the total number of participants in the initiative.
If it turns out to be too expensive for the state coffers, the option to change the refund with (1 kill = 5 cc) will be considered.

Players who participated in the census are entered automatically in the reform of aid.
They just need to tell me the number of weekly kills.
