As you know, I came into power after our NAP was in place and momentum in eUSA was moving in a new direction.

I have also been responsible for continuing to lead eUSA away from CODE.

But when I read the recent article from CODE HQ, I was surprised to read that some "USA Officials" are accused of trolling Brazil on their independence day, and of blackmailing CODE. I also read an inference that eUSA was "secretly plotting against" CODE.

I do not condone any trolling of Brazil on their Independence Day.
I also do not condone any blackmailing of CODE, or of anyone for that matter.
I also am not aware of any secret plots against CODE by eUSA.

Neither I nor any of the members of my administration (or as you wrote, "Officials"), as far as I know, are guilty of any of the three accusations listed.

If you have any evidence contradicting my defense of them, please it to me.
