It is that time of the month again.. Your local politician will be a bit on edge, maybe even hot tempered. It's the congressionals folks!
Well, regardless of how heated the debate will be this time around or what we(yes, I'm one of them too)might say to each other I would like to comfort our constituents:
The President, congress and cabinet work tirelessly for your benefit. The only things we ask of you is that you show up for work once in a while, maybe train with the National Guard a weekend or two and that you vote in the elections.
The election turnout is our principal weapon against political takeovers like the ones committed by the Theocrats and attempted by The Party. Now when you do show up at the polls, who will you vote for?
Naturally I think you should make certain that your intended congressman is a member of the Black Lion Front, South Africa's friendliest party... But should you decide to vote for SACP, DRB or FA it's no disaster!
The main thing is that you vote. It is what'll keep us independent..
