Even I know that's a bad idea.
I'm just curious what Americans would complain about if they had all the hospitals they could get.
I'm fairly sure the cerebral challenged among us would have zero complaints. Those that consider tactical implications might argue otherwise.
High taxes, not enough weapons, etc...
@vSkyzv- I wasn't considering those ramifications. (which I don't know enough about to pontificate). I was considering the healing factor of 10 to the NOOB. Without at least a Q1 , the NOOB is going backwards his very first fight. Minimally , a Q1 would introduce the NOOB to the healing process. That's all I'm saying. It is better than nothing at all.
