Hi to everyone, even to you Plato. And yes, Plato, this article is for you. So enjoy it! 🙂
I'll try to be short, but i doubt that it is possible.
As we can see the only thing which is greater than your greed is your... stupidity! So obviously you can't see/notice what is happening and will try to explain it to you:
No ebs promo means no wars!
No wars means people (countries) dont need CC for COs.
No need of CC for CO means less pack sellers and more expensive packs.
Which in total means less money for you Plato!
So if you want our money do smtg and bring back REGULAR eb promos!
And yes, your game, your rules, BUT by following your rules we can find a way to screw you badly! And actually we are doing it by making those endless TWs. 🙂
Now everyone know what you are thinking: "I didn't give them an eb promo from 3+ months, so they are filled with gold from those countless crappy TWs, so even if i give them an eb promo i wont make any profits".
And yes, you will be right. This is the current situation for which its your fault. But actually you can do a lot to avoid that. And btw its very simple. All that you need to do is this:
- give us those perception training centers and make them expensive.
- add new land and air ranks - look how many ppls already are Legend 20 and Air Commodore (just imagine how much 100e packs you will sell while top players (which are your big spenders) are trying to reach those new ranks!
- remove that stupid limitation of 40K prestige points, let the game give ebs and after that.
- make an event or tournament with real good/tempting prizes that will tempt the players to burn their fresh ebs.
Do all of this in same time and most players will burn their gold and ebs. And one or two weeks later give new eb promo! This time players wont have tons of gold, wont have ebs and we will be forced to buy your precious packs.
And what is most important, if you bring back regular eb promos, all those boring TWs will stop. People are hungry for action after so many months of farming, but noone will start it w/o eb promo!!! And when we have real wars, actually you will sell much more packs, and will do bigger profits than from selling those useless Hero packs, which only brainless retards will buy!
Now Plato do you see how simple it is? So get your head off your ass and do smtg, else this game will die pretty fast!

EB Promo doesn't cost anything to make, and is no risk of headless chicken. I think many big countries have plans for exciting wars that will not just make more money from pack, but also, give people reasons to login more. Many country already have revival, if we have more interesting war, we have more chance of more countries being able to revive older players 🙂

EB, company upgrades, x4 gold from BH and so on promos are so easy to create! And I say it as a developer! It could be in the range of 1 to 20(f they use any kind of ancient tech) rows of code. A new tournament or event would cost more efforts to make, but...it is still an easy task. I really don't understand. We should ask them: how many developers and supports do you have for eRep??? I feel that they don't throw any kind of effort here

Thats the whole thing - the gold to be gone. If you burn 3-4K gold for perception you wont have a lot gold for ebs and then everything will change.

Y no limit player divission by their strenght instead of by their level? It’s not funny for new players to meet alot of fighters with 100k++ in D1.
Cause plato is a 20 year old moron, who reads marketing books and goes against common sence. He have killed hundreds of baby booms.

You can call Plato an idiot but i guess he is better off financially than all of you combined 😃 But yeah, stupidity of those buying promos is clearly greater than Plato's greed. This is why it works for so many years.

You are not asking for anything that solves the game's problems, at all. You are guided by your own greed.
Pack sellers are the absolute worse thing on this game. They charge 5 times the fair value, it's humanity at its worse, shows you that the average guy has no conscience, no decency. And ofc not only that they are crooks, they gain too much leverage over the game and Plato.
Nobody can care about wars for as long as wars are a way to make money. They need to remove medals and CO but to do that, they need a functional economy. The economy can't function if it's work as manager based so they need to shift it away form it. OK so that easy, a 2yo can do it but not that all that is done, Plato needs to figure out how to make money.
Plus, the players are so stupid, greedy and selfish that a lot of them will push back hard against changes that make the game playable.
My greed? My? I am buying all my packs with my visa (even after i am fed with tons of USELESS CC), so i DONT win anything, except to stop that booooooooooring situation. 😉
Plato made 3 huge mistakes and unfortunately those mistakes cant be undone:
1. Plato made IK - that killed the game on very first place. What to do one new player in D1 vs monsters as TugAvenger and rest D1 tanks? How one brand new player to stay? What chances he has?
2. In attempt to "fix" his mistake of making IK Plato made Maverick Pack. And that made the game even worst.
3. Those Legend ranks were Plato's biggest mistake ever! After Legend 7-8 players dont need to play anymore - all that they need is to have script and in the end of the month only from TP those players have enough CC to get their packs. And Legend ranks are 20... - Those players are gettin 5-10 BH medals per day just from their scripts burning their energy.
Each tuesday when we are doing regular epics... those ppls with maxed (or near to 20) Legend rank are doing smtg like 15-20 billion dmg, which is 150-200K CC from TP. And this is JUST in tuesday, by the end of the game week just on FF hits they are doing other 10 billion dmg, which is other 100K CC or in total 250-300K CC per week. For a month this is over a million CC. Now do you see the problem?!
And as i said those mistakes cant be undone, so bringing back the ballance in game is impossible, but at least Plato to do something to make the game fun again. Are you happy with all those endless TWs? Are happy to farm more and more CC and gold and to not be able to use for anything those resources?! If you are i am not. And from what i see many other players also are not happy. So i am NOT the greedy one over here...
In fact these mistakes could be fixe😛
1. Plato should create a new d0 for youngest players, let's say 0-25lvl with NO packs allowed there
The ghost booster damage should be increased if the strength difference is more than 200% for example
Double or triple strength gaining under 100k str
Fix the damned economy!
2. Implement a booster, pack or something like thet with function: MP is forbidden in a specific division for 15 minutes or even a total pack stopper for the period.

Aimanan, your ideas actually wont fix the problem.
Ok newest players will be protected in separated division, but soon or later they will reach current D1 and than what? They simply cant catch up by str. Even if there is special ghost booster... if it depend by strength... that wont solve the problem from legend ranks - and that is the major problem. Take for example my acc - i am over 25K str behind top (by str) players... But what Cnac can do vs me if we fight for a medal?! Ok he has 27K str more than me, but he is titan* and i am legend 8. Does he has a chance? Nope, not at all...
And that special blocker pack... Plato never will do smtg like that. If that packs work for whole round players with such pack should do their own epics in tuesday or if they wait big players to make an epic and after that block them to not be able to fight in the epic... can you imagine what will happen?! Also during serious wars a player with such pack can block spesific division and after that he cant get help to win the round. I can say a lot more reasons why Plato will never do smtg like this, those reasons are way too many.

Or maybe just don't buy EBs or packs but still do the interesting wars instead of the TWs? No one is forcing you to stockpile in perpetuity...
