Welcome message from Business Owners.

Day 698, 15:06 Published in USA USA by Shopman

One of the first contacts for nOOBS in this game is through their employer. Maybe some of my fellow business owners do this better than I but when I get new hires to my humble company I always try to include the following message...

Welcome to (insert company name here) . I own the company you just signed up to work at. I want you to know I will help you in any way I can to get you started in this game. Please do not hesitate to ask me anything. It can be a little confusing at the beginning.

It is very important to keep your health up. The easiest way to do this is to live in a State with a Q5 hospital. eUSA currently has 2. One each in California and Florida. If you do not live in one of these states , I humbly suggest you consider moving there. Contact me for moving tickets if needed. I will help as I'm able. Train , eat and fight when you can. IMHO , one of your goals should be to be between 90-100 Wellness Points at the end of each day. Once you get the hang of things , it's not that difficult.

A little recent history: We are at the tail end of a massive World War. eUSA was simultaneously invaded by many foreign nations. We were beat down at 1 point to only having Fla left. We've fought our way back and are not yet whole but we are working on it. Our allies took a beating too but collectively ,we gave as good as we got. In the meantime , our treasury and production lines were devastated. Personally , I lost my companies to the Russians as did many , many other business owners. I gave everything I had as did most eAmericans and our allies.

We are well on our way back though. We are still missing Alaska , Washington and D.C. Production is up but wages are still down. Work everyday and try your best to keep your health up and I will answer any questions you have in order to help through your start at eRepublik. Once again ,don't hesitate to ask.

Best wishes and good luck...Play smart.

All I'm saying is that this may be one of the best ways for those of us with some experience to retain some of the new folks who too often quit the game out of frustration. All of us who have started and stuck with this game know that this game can be boring at first. Try your best to engage the new folks.

Give it a try. Thanks.
