Join the new world

Greetings, citizens of Cuba,

at first, let me apologize for not releasing this article sooner. I originally wanted to release it after the certain negotiations would be done, but unfortunately everything dragged on and the negotiations were not ended during the week. No matter what, let's check out what has happened during the week in Cuba.

- Several economic articles were published, as the law required. A document monitoring our finances also exists here:

You can see that we earn around 4,000 currency each day, which makes around 120,000 currency per month, which, in theory, should be our general budget, unless we get some private donations. Majority of our income comes from working as a manager in your own companies. Working as an employee and VAT taxes also bring a significant portion, while income from import taxes is basically nonexistent. City subsidies are also taking away some of our money, so hopefully Plato will finally do something with that, or else it is a pointless money sink for us.





- In Foreign Affairs, we had a rough week. Let's start with some good news. Cuba continues to hold Secretary General position in ORION, supervising the entire alliance. Also, we had a few new people asking more about Foreign Affairs, so it is good to have more people involved 🙂 .

- Now to some bad news. As you saw, our MPP with Poland was rejected. It was not a simple Poland decision - Mexico, one of our Pacifica neighbours, has been asking Pacifica for quite some time to not sign MPPs with us. Since we do not have more Pacifica MPPs, it doesn't really mean much to us, but it is still concerning to see our neighbour meddling with our foreign affairs, and trying to make us weaker before their eventual attack. To bolster their insignificant damage, Mexico also invited some Chilean and Latvian tanks to join their cause... and we all know what our relations with those two countries are. So while the war is probably not coming soon, we need to be ready and watch any move Mexico does.

- Portugal was also heavily involved in our Foreign affairs last week, trying to reach a rental deal with us. Our Congress declined the offer unilateraly and the decision was transmitted to the Portuguese government. At this moment, negotiations with Portugal are still going on though, because while rental deal was refused, there is still a way for us to help them in reestablishing their Southern American colonies. Once the negotiations will reach the end, we will let you know.





- On a lighter note, our TW with Egypt is finally going on as expected - taxes are being returned, battles are happening in the morning - overall a huge success there. Hopefully this Training War will continue to help you getting more medals, because our income from medal taxes could also be better 😛 .

- At the end, I have been told Ministry of Education is working on something. While I have to admit I haven't paid much attention there due to Portuguese negotiations, I will now refocus more on this area, and hopefully some article will be released from them during the next few days.

En primer lugar, pido disculpas por no publicar este artículo antes. Inicialmente quería soltarlo después de algunas negociaciones se haría, pero desgraciadamente todo lo arrastraron y las negociaciones no habían terminado durante la semana. No importa qué, vamos a averiguar qué ha ocurrido durante la semana en Cuba.

Puede ver que ganan alrededor de 4.000 monedas cada día, lo que hace que alrededor de 120,000 moneda por mes, lo que, en teoría, debería ser nuestro presupuesto general, a menos que consigamos algunas donaciones privadas. La mayoría de nuestros ingresos viene de trabajar como director de su propia empresa. Trabajando como un empleado y el IVA también traer una porción significativa, mientras que los ingresos procedentes de impuestos de importación es básicamente inexistente. Ciudad subsidios son también llevándose algunos de nuestro dinero, de manera con suerte Platón finalmente hacer algo con eso, o de lo contrario es inútil dinero sumidero para nosotros.



- En materia de relaciones exteriores, hemos tenido una semana difícil. Comencemos con algunas buenas noticias. Cuba sigue manteniendo a Secretario General posición en Orion, supervisar toda la alianza. Asimismo, tuvimos unas cuantas personas nuevas pidiendo más información sobre relaciones exteriores, por lo que es bueno tener a más gente involucrada 🙂 .

- Ahora a algunas malas noticias. Como puede Sierra, nuestro MPP con Polonia fue rechazada. No fue un simple Polonia decisión - México, uno de nuestros Pacifica vecinos, ha venido pidiendo Pacifica durante bastante tiempo a no firmar MPPs con nosotros. Ya no tenemos más pacifica MPPs, realmente no significa mucho para nosotros, pero es aún relativa a ver a nuestro vecino entrometerse con nuestras relaciones exteriores, y tratando de hacernos débiles antes de su eventual ataque. Para reforzar sus daños insignificantes, México también invitó a algunos chilenos y el letón tanques a unirse a su causa... y todos sabemos cuáles son nuestras relaciones con esos dos países. Así, mientras que la guerra no es probablemente muy pronto, debemos estar preparados y observar cualquier movimiento México.

- Portugal también estuvo muy involucrado en nuestras relaciones exteriores la semana pasada, intentando alcanzar un alquiler tratar con nosotros. Nuestro Congreso declinó la oferta unilateraly y la decisión fue comunicada al Gobierno portugués. En este momento, las negociaciones con Portugal aún están en curso, sin embargo, porque aunque el alquiler deal fue rechazado, todavía hay una manera para nosotros para ayudarlos a reconstruir sus Sur de colonias americanas. Una vez que las negociaciones lleguen al final, le dejaremos saber.





- En una nota informal, nuestro TW con Egipto finalmente está sucediendo como se esperaba - impuestos están siendo devueltos, batallas están sucediendo en la mañana - en general un enorme éxito. Esperemos que esta formación la guerra continuará para ayudarle a obtener más medallas, porque nuestros ingresos de medalla impuestos podrían estar también mejor 😛 .

- Al final, me han dicho que el Ministerio de Educación está trabajando en algo. Aunque tengo que admitir que no he prestado mucha atención debido al portugués negociaciones, ahora me voy a centrar más en esta área, y es de esperar que algún artículo será liberado de ellos durante los próximos días.
