The Americas


Polish Mexico- Yesterday a resistance war was started in the Gulf of Mexico, Poland’s only remaining Mexican region, but thus far Poland leads 5-0 and is in no danger of losing the region.

Canada- The region of Newfoundland and Labrador came under attack by the United Kingdom yesterday as their training war continues.

Asia & Oceania



The Middle East- The Greek-held region of Al Madinah came under attack from Saudi Arabia today; currently it is 5-4 in favor of Greece but could still go either way. Also pertaining to Greece today Turkey, having recently regained all of their regions except Marmara, has attacked the Aegean Islands, it is currently 5-4 in Greece’s favor but Greek runs the risk of losing the region in the near future.

Bulgaria-Iran War- Late yesterday, Iran renewed its efforts to remove Bulgaria from its territories with an attack on Sistan and Baluchistan (Bulgaria’s presence in Iran is explained here- http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/some-more-news-and-an-ro-middle-east-1720124/1/20), the battle is still in its early stages and is pretty even so far, with each side claiming 1 mini-battle.

Other- The other wars in this region appear to be training or region swapping wars (India-China, Australia-Chile and South Korea-Taiwan).

Europe
Terra versus NWO



The Iberian Front- Recently Brazil has made some progress into Spain, having taken both the Canary Islands (8-0) and Andalucia (8-4) since declaring war on Spain on the 24th of March, and they are set for a further push into Spain’s interior. However, Portugal, an ally of Terra’s recent declaration of war against Spain has not gone so well, with Portugal’s initial attack into Castilla y Leon failing (4-😎 and Spain’s counterattack into Centro looking likely to succeed, with Spain currently leading 6-3. However, fortunately for Portugal, they are not in any danger of being wiped off the map at the moment, as their southernmost region, Algarve, is blocked of from Spain by the USA (Alentejo) and Brazil (Andalucia).



Central Europe- In central Europe Terra is definitely on the back foot against NOW powerhouse Poland, with Germany 5 regions to Poland in the last week, leaving Germany with only 4 regions. Furthermore, the Polish attacks have been well positioned, with none of Germany’s remaining regions connected to the capital, Saarland. In the current battle, Hesse, Germany trails Poland 2-3.

Eastern Europe- In eastern Europe, Terra’s member Russia has come under attack from Finland, an EDEN member, whom have attacked Leningrad Oblast (where the score is 2-2). Also in Russia, Kalinigrad has just been attacked following Russia’s failed invasion of Poland (Pomerania) yesterday.

Latvian-Lithuanian hostilities have continued today with a battle in the Lithuanian Highlands, where Lithuania leads 5-1.



Southeastern Europe- In this region the age old enemies Romania (EDEN) and Hungary (NWO) continue to clash, with a battle currently underway in Muntenia, which if successful, would permanently cut off Dobrogea, Banat and Oltenia from the Romania capital, however, Hungary’s energy appears to have been used elsewhere, with Romania securely in control of the battle 4-0 at the moment. Simultaneously, a Romanian resistance force is attempting to free the region of Crisana, which was captured in Hungary’s recent “push”, however, Hungary is still securely in control of the region, leading 3-1.

A battle is also underway between Croatia and Serbia in Central Croatia which is currently tied at 2-2. This region was captured by Serbia 2 days ago, but with the Serbian follow-up attack into North Dalmatia failing narrowly (8-6 to Croatia). Croatia has attempted to regain control of Central Croatia and thereby re-adjoin all of their regions.
