the strength of the USWP was always in sniping. Our IRC room would pack in 40-50 people every month. now that it's all about sheer numbers, the two parties most friendly to foreign players will benefit. before you could counter the sheer mass of votes by sniping, now you can't. admins kill another part of the game, it happens once every six months or so.
