It's a quixotic thing to begin performing music at three-score-and-three. Each half-step lifts the spirit closer to its purpose. Which is to call out the soul of the tormented, dissonant gods. Gifting them with breath and melody brings harmony into the tragic eternity of their toil.
Music evens the score between above and below. Not a gift given to honor the ancient ones; it challenges them to learn our lessons. A measured beat energizing well-pitched frequencies; it's the vernal promise of mankind, our lion's roar.
