Yeah so this is going to be a short article.....

So Franky The Player and Pimp said this stuff in the budget committee
First I would like to see a report from all meta-government programs.
How much was spent by each program?
How much remains from last month's budget?

I would also like to see Line U2 split into several budget lines.
Arm America has obviously been placed under the DoCA.
Has MoW been placed there as well?
How about BU2SU?
Why have Military programs been placed under civilian control?

As for the new Line U3 Combat Orders, I am pretty sure that is why the Reserve is reserved...so no.

Then in response to a reasonable statement by Franklin Stone he recieved this hate from Tenshibo

I request that none of this happens, because Franklin is a f****** retard.
