Teknokratene's Christmas Congress Candidates (also known as Santa and his elfs:)

Dear all,

First, I would like to wish you all many many unforgettable moments with those closest to your hearts during the Christmas holidays! I hope you all find the desired presents under the Christmas tree and smile like children when you finally see it behind the wrapping paper! May you all have enough warmth in your hearts to keep you happy throughout the whole year!

Secondly, let me introduce (my way🙂to you our candidate list for the upcoming Congress elections:

1. Wajora- at number one I have put a young player, who has plenty of desire and I also believe- plenty of potential. Although only lvl 23 and playing for 10 days, he has one Battle Hero medal and two True Patriot ones. And this, I believe, deserves respect and admiration. Therefore he is leading our Christmas list 🙂

2. Evleos- a player that you all know very well. He has plenty of experience and although has "retired" from the game for quite a while, now is back and willing to work for eNorway 🙂

3. katze3- another veteran, respected by all who well deserves his place in our list and I am sure will win your sympathies 🙂

4. Mimkata6666- A young player showing lots of potential, well proved in the political affairs and one of the newest members of FSK 🙂 Let me also tell you she (yes, she is a girl) never went for the Battle Hero medal, although fought full force in many of our and our Allies' battles. A true patriot and great member of our society.

5. Freke- two words: "the Man". Although I don't have the honor of knowing him personally, I have great respect for this player since I see how the other "veterans" address him. One of the best in our country and it is such an honor to have him in our Party!

6. Ktylxxy- One of our finest soldiers and most active politicians. He didn't have the chance to be involved in the current Congress, but I am sure he will be part of the December one! Let me hear you for Ktylxxy! 🙂

7.Vileskont (AKA "Santa")- After all my people, it is my turn. Last in our list here I stand 🙂 Nothing really to say about me apart from the fact that I love sweets. But this is irrelevant. So will go with a simple "Marry Christmas to you all!" HoHoHo 🙂

This is our Christmas list! Please vote at the elections, if not for us, then for some of the other parties who also have very very strong lists and candidates. Political participation fosters democracy and keeps people involved in the game. And people are what we need. People are what makes this game so great! 🙂

To be honest, there are only two of these candidates I would ever vote for, simply because I don't know the majority of them, whilst the other ones aren't really that active. Most parties propose candidates I don't like though, so don't be suprised if I end up voting for TeK. Good luck in the election!

It's not the PPs fault they propose candidates I don't like, it's almost impossible to propose a set of candidates where everyone of them is liked by someone. I often critique the new election module as it doesn't work for me. I'd rather not vote at all, than for someone I don't want in the congress. However I wish you a merry christmas and a happy yule too! : )

And the problem with this module is the PPs who is active, don't dare to put themselves high on the candidates list. Thus resulting in the most active and best politicians not being in congress, and noobs like Wajora elected. Wajora might for all I know be a disguised PTOer. Not saying that he is, but how well can you know a two week old player that is not Norwegian?

Actually Indigodavo is the one vouching for him, Vileskont is just accepting it. Appearently his a friend of Indigo. Let's just hope for the trio and for the whole of our society that he doesn't do anything stupid as he's going to be elected anyway.... Another thing which sucks about this module...

If he is a friend of Indigo then he can be trusted. I do think Vileskont should have explained better why he made the decision though. That is just a friendly tip from me.
I am all for new players on the ballot, as long as they are not there just because they are new players.

I dont see why I dont deserve a place as an congressman eventhough I joined 11 days ago. What does that have to do with me being a congressman, I will be active and do my best, isnt that enough?
And no, iam not any PTO'er, i'am an Norwegian citizen and I really don't care about the gold or the medal, I just want to participate in the politics and make a better community.

And I want to thank Vileskont for giving me this oppurtunity. And I also want to thank Indigo for vouching for me, (he is a irl friend.)

All the critique is well appreciated fellows 🙂 Bottom line is that we need more people and also- an active ones. I believe that by giving them a chance to get more involved in the country we are going to make the first step. It might not be the best first step. It might even be a mistake. But never the less it is a try. And I believe this step is worth a try 🙂
As for the "not daring to put myself on the top of the list", it is not true. First of all, I would have all the guys in the Parliament rather than me. I believe they all deserve it 🙂 Being a PP should not mean a guaranteed CM or Presidential medal. It is not about this. It should be about the progress of the new players that will lead to those of the society and the country. Therefore I will happily step down the stage to give way to the new players, and to those that deserve to be there more 🙂
And don't forget that being last in the list might eventually help the party. If the people want to see me in the Congress again (and I don;t think this is true 😛) they could give is even more support so this can happen. Who knows?
And last- don't forget it is Christmas time lads, the time to be good. And this is our Christmas Congress List, I wanted it to be a present to all who deserve it 🙂
