Taikos sutartis tarp Lietuvos ir Bolivijos, Paragvajaus

Šiame dokumente yra aptariamas karo veiksmų nutraukimas tarp 3 pasirašančiųjų šalių, kuris bus įvykdomas šiomis sąlygomis:

1 straipsnis. Lietuva, bei Bolivija su Paragvajumi negales priimti Natūralaus priešo įstatymų viena kitos atžvilgiu, nei siųs karo paskelbimo įstatymus 30 dienų laikotarpiu. Vienintelė išimtis - treniruočių karai, sutarti abiejų vyriausybių.

2 straipsnis. Pasirašius taiką, sukilimo karai (RW) bus sukelti šiuose regionuose: Beni and Cochabamba, Santa Crus ir Paranena. Pasirašančiosios vyriausybės privalo duoti nurodymus atitinkamomis priemonėmis kovoti už sukilimus regionuose, paminėtuose anksčiau.

3 straipsnis. Kol galioja sutartis, Lietuva privalo nuolat valdyti Pando, Bolivian Altiplano, Tarija and Cochabamba bei Central East Chaco regionus.

4 straipsnis. Bolivija ir Paragvajus negales patvirtinti natūralaus priešo, oro antskrydžio ar karo paskelbimo įstatymų šalimis, su kuriomis Lietuva turi aktyvų MPP.

5 straipsnis. Kaip geranoriškumo ženklą tarp abiejų pusių Lietuva ir Bolivija tęs treniruočių karą , kuriame Lietuva laimi visus tiesioginius mūšius, o Bolivija laimi sukilimo mūšius; šis treniruočių karas bus atnaujintas kiekvieno mėnesio 20 dieną tarp abiejų vyriausybių, treniruočių karas gali būti sustabdytas, jei Lietuva to prašo. Regionai, naudojami treniruočių karui, yra: Beni and Cochabamba, Santa Cruz bei Pando.

6 straipsnis . Susitarimas taps aktyviu 20/09 ir nuo tos dienos tęsis 30 dienu. Sis dokumentas bus paskelbtas oficialiomis priemonėmis abiejose šalyse ir jo atnaujinimas bus derinamas tarp šalių vyriausybių kituose etapuose.

7 straipsnis. Laiduotojai iš Bolivijos, Paragvajaus bei Andes aljanso persiųs 1,000,000 cc į “Lietuvos Taupomasis Bankas”, kurie bus laikomi ten kaip garantas, kad bus laikomasi sutarties sąlygų tuo atveju, jei sutartis bus sulaužyta. Jei sutartis bus vykdoma kaip planuota, pasibaigus sutarčiai (jei sutartis nebus pratęsta), Lietuva turės grąžinti minėtą sumą teisėtiems savininkams, kitokiu atveju Lietuva pasiliks valiutą kaip kompensaciją.

Through the following document, there is a cessation of hostilities between the three signatory countries, which translate into the following conditions:

Article 1.- Both Lithuania and Bolivia and Paraguay will not be able to approve a law of Natural Enemy one to the other, nor will they send a War Declaration law; for the term of 30 days. The only exception will be a public TW agreement by both governments.

Article 2 .- After the Peace Sign, Battles of Resistance (RW) will be opened in the following regions: Beni and Cochabamba, Santa Cruz and Paranena. The signatory governments must issue orders in their respective Bulletins to fight for the Resistance in the regions mentioned above.

Article 3.- For the duration of the present agreement, Lithuania shall always retain the Pando, Bolivian Altiplano, Tarija and Chuquisaca and Central East Chaco regions,

Article 4 .- Both Bolivia and Paraguay will not be able to approve a law of NE, AS and DoW to any ally with which lithuania has mpp in force.

Article 5 .- as a sign of goodwill between the parties. Lithuania and Bolivia will carry out a TW in which Lithuania won all the direct and Bolivia will win their wars of resistance, this TW being renewed on the 20th of each month between the governments of Lithuania and Bolivia, being suspended in case Lithuania so requires.; The regions that will be used to carry out the TW would be: Beni and Cochabamba, Santa Cruz and Pando

Article 6 .- The present Covenant will become effective as of 20/09, counting 30 days from the same. This document will be published in the Official Bulletins of both countries, and its renewal will remain pending negotiations between the governments of the next steps.

Article 7 .- Guarantors of Bolivia, Paraguay and Andes will donate 1,000,000 cc to “Lietuvos Taupomasis Bankas” which shall be kept there as guarantee that they will keep agreement promises, in case agreement would be broken. if agreement goes as planned , by the end of agreement(if agreement is not extended) Lithuania shall return mentioned amount back to its rightful owners, otherwise Lithuania shall keep currency as compensation
