T10 Rule for eItalian battles

The eItalian Congress has established that for the first 10 minutes of an Italian TW the only fighters who can go for medal will be the Italian players. Foreign fighters will try to go for medal after the first 10 minutes of the battle. We invite all non-Italian fighters to observe this rule, the medals of those who shoot before T10 will be disputed by Italian players.
This rule aims to establish an order and avoid future conflicts, granting a priority to Italian players without avoiding the benefit of others after 10 minutes. Italian players are committed to respecting the medals of those who respect our rules and for this we trust in the good will of foreign guests to respect our rules. This official statement is, in the first place for Italian citizens and in the second place for all those fighters from countries that collaborate with TWs that involves Italy.
We want to share an out-of-game rule, which we will all benefit from. For clarity, let’s repeat the rule. During a TW the first 10 minutes of battle (T10) are an exclusive priority for Italian players, of course from the Italian side.
Every player with foreign nationality must understand that it can be overcombe if he has fired in that period of time without this implies a bad attitude or a simple theft of medal, both in air battle and on land. Ergo expects foreign players to refrain from shooting before T10. In the same way we commit to respect the opposing sides waiting for T10 before firing from the enemy side.
We trust that this simple rule can be respected, without prejudice to our good will and the defence of the national interest, facilitating fraternity among peoples and growth of all.

ll Congresso eItaliano ha stabilito che per i primi 10 minuti di una TW italiana gli unici combattenti che potranno andare a medaglia saranno i giocatori italiani. I combattenti stranieri potranno provare ad andare a medaglia dopo i primi 10 minuti dall'inizio della battaglia. Invitiamo tutti i combattenti non italiani ad osservare questa regola, le medaglie di chi spara prima del T10 saranno contendibili da giocatori italiani.
Questa regola ha lo scopo di stabilire un ordine ed evitare conflitti futuri, garantendo una precedenza ai giocatori italiani senza impedire agli altri di beneficiare delle nostre TW quando restano vuote dopo il T10. I giocatori italiani si impegnano a rispettare le medaglie di coloro che rispettano le nostre regole e per questo confidiamo nella buona volontà degli ospiti stranieri di rispettare le nostre regole. Questo comunicato ufficiale è, in primo luogo per i cittadini italiani e in secondo luogo per tutti quei combattenti di Paesi che collaborano con le TW che interessano l'Italia.
Vogliamo condividere una regola out game, di cui tutti trarremo sicuramente beneficio. Per chiarezza ripetiamo la regola. Durante una TW i primi 10 minuti di battaglia (T10) sono una priorità esclusiva per i giocatori italiani, naturalmente dal lato italiano.
Ogni giocatore con nazionalità estera, deve capire che può essere superato se ha sparato in quel lasso di tempo senza che ciò implichi un cattivo atteggiamento o un semplice furto di medaglia, sia in battaglia aerea che in terra. Ergo si aspetta che i giocatori esteri si astengano dallo sparare prima del T10. Allo stesso modo ci impegniamo a rispettare gli schieramenti opposti aspettando T10 prima di sparare dal lato nemico.
Confidiamo che questa semplice regola, possa essere rispettata, senza pregiudicare la nostra buona volontà e la difesa del interesse nazionale, facilitando la fraternità tra i popoli e la crescita di tutti.
