Resource Corporation, Inc - Split

Hello my fellow shareholders and others! I just payed this month income or as always i give 70 % to shareholders and 30 % to our savings. As the topic says i am contemplating a split. Making our 5000 shares into 10000 shares, this will not affect shareholders in income or % ownings and is only made to make the transactions with shares easier for all our comfort. We voted upon this in our forum so we will proceed with this move.

We have saved up a big pile of money these last month and we are currently holding 42920 CC and 39,929 Gold, i intend to use our CC reserv to buy gold since the Monitary market is on our side. In the next uppgrade discount i will likly uppgrade some of our companys to incerse our income but our biggest problem is lack of WRM. We would need to buy alot of saltpeter but the CC price is to high at the moment so this will have to be postponed for a while.

70 % to shareholders = 16.94 Gold
30 % to savings = 7.26 Gold

As you know its hard to profit on factorys so we will need some mayor economy change from admins side before profit can reach our great results from december. But as always we are ticking on and demand for RCI shares is as always good. I am in conversation with a great German incorporated company and is planing to create an international stock market and this will make for a bigger market and something i truly look forwards to!

Of course, all big moves in RCI will be voted upon but im happy to say that i still se a good trust from our shareholders 🙂 My prognosis is that income will increase with 5 - 10 % next month due to planed company expansion. The possibility of issuing more shares is something im looking in to after our split to give more peaple a possibilty to join RCI. This will further increase our good gold/CC reserv and be used to uppgrade companys.
