Rental agreement between Romania and Georgia

1 - These 2 parties agree not to start any military movement against each other as long as this Agreement is valid.

2 - Upon request from Romania, Georgia will set NE on Romania.

3 - Romania rents "Abkhazia, West Georgia & Lower Kartli" from Georgia for a monthly rental fee of 50k CC which must be paid on 3rd day of each month

4 - Romania will return Georgian tax income to Georgian CP

5 - This agreement will be valid for the next 90 days, after that it will be automatically renewed every 30 days until one of sides decides to withdraw from the agreement.
