PARA CO
This job has authority over all Para platoon leaders
It involves delegating orders from the Minister of Defence to the platoon leaders.
Handling new paratrooper recruits by adding them to the roster and putting in a request on their behalf to the MoD.
Carrying out random activity checks on platoon leaders are recommended.
Keeping a check on equipment levels.
Responsibility for overall paras fighting ability. Including wellness, equipment and clarity in orders.
Military experience is recommended however it is not 100% required. This post can be filled by a congressman, mayor and PP.

APPRENTICE SCHEME
I will be taking on two apprentices (have to be from congress) who will learn how the MoD works as well as (in case of my absence) taking command of the MoD. This will provide the eUK with, hopefully, two upcoming skilled ministers. Minorities are especially encouraged to apply.
