Today we are going to do the part 2 Invasion of Netherland.


When Hitler took Poland he dicided that he is going to attack France How?.In 1 world war there were two lines between France and Germany
the Maginot line and the Siegfried Line.Hitler knew about this lines so he rather attacked netherland and cross belgium and France.
On 10.5.1940 Hitler attacked Netherland.

(hitler attacked across netherland and Belgium so that he would conquer France otherwise he would take a big risk if he would send his soildiers to the Maginot line)


The battle of netherland took only 7 days.Netherland was very weak and it had old weapons since 1 world war.Germans had newer weapons
and they were much stronger.But ofcourse Netherlands's army and Belgium's army were fighting very good they fightet for the last man.Netherland had no other choice but to surrender on 17.5.1940
was all over.2000 civilians died and the generals had to surrender.
