Now that the French have taken Paris, it is a means of encouragement for their people to rise up and retake their homeland. However, the French do not simply want to liberate themselves, but unite with other countries under "Polish and Serbian opression" and overwhelm these two nations with attacks in different areas, as the following article suggests

This plan seems so have been somewhat accepted and we can see its results: Italian uprisings in Umbria and Abruzzo, the Czechs retaking Moravia and a German uprising which happens from time to time in Saxony. There can be only two outcomes, either a decline in the Serbian and Polish Empires or a total victory of these nations over the European rebels.

WTF - obscene form of expression of bewilderment.
my opinion - all these revolts nice, but they are not some kind of a trend. But just simple consequence of the fact that "great" powers are busy with other things.
like expanding into arabia?
