Introduction

Greetings comrades, tonight I present to you my presidency article. This article shall contain my ideas and the actions I shall take as July president. At the end of tonight's article I shall present my current cabinet, along with openings, and their requirements and description. I shall see the steps being taken this next month will be a huge stage for the Philippines and shall strengthen our country.

Media- I am a 4 time Minister of Media, with this experience, you the Filipino, and allies shall always be informed of what is happening. If you keep things from your people then how will your people be able to know if what they are fighting for is for the common good. With my media experience you will always no what is happening, and YOU the Filipino will have a voice in the government whether you are a member of the cabinet or congress or neither, there is always a place for you. I will either tell you or you can ask, and you will receive a straight forward answer not an answer that leaves you with a question.

Political- My political credentials are clear. I am a 3 time congressman, once in the United States, twice in the Philippines. I have seen how the United states congress is ran. Compared to Philippines, EXTREMELY Organized. I know how this organization works. Furthermore I was the first party president and founder of the Filipino Communist Party, thus I know how to organize a congress and shall organize this nation.

Military- I am former 2nd commander of FeF in the Philippines, and Current 2nd commander of elite assassins. Furthermore I am a 4 time Captain of EA. I am also a former PXO in the United States Armed Forces (Now Air Force). Here I learned how to organize communes and how to fight and where to fight. With my experience we can regain all regions, establish a national commune, and further establish a larger Philippines.

Foreign Affairs- I am current Ambassador to Bosnia, former USA Ambassador to Germany, and former USA state intern. By being an ambassador and EXTREMELY IRC active I have developed a friendship with many members of various countries. By being a state intern I watched and help fill out ambassador reports and saw how the ambassador program was ran, and how the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was organized in the USA. By being well organized, alliances and information were brought up immediately. We shall form closer alliances with this and shall extend our borders.


Actions



Foreign Affairs Organization- My first plan is already set into motion, reorganizing the foreign affair ministry. The ambassador program shall be set up where every ambassador shall report in weekly, so the Media dept. can publish big changes in the world. By reorganize the Foreign affairs dept. we shall be closer in touch with our allies.

Baby boom - This will be an entire Filipino effort. I am not going to give much information about this out, but this: The plan is to play less. Confusing, but once I am president you will understand.

Indonesia- Seems as if Philippines is hungry for revenge. You shall have your revenge in due time. Not at the start but by the end of my July term, we shall converse with the populace, and revenge will be sought. The plans for this is already in motion. Be prepared, closer to time, you will receive a "SAVE BAZOOKAS AND BUILD ROCKETS" message from me and you will know.

Alliance- Plans headed by John Jurassic and I are already in motion to develop a new Asian Alliance for the Philippines to enter. Asia shall become the new power house under this alliance. If the countries we invited do not feel that this is the appropriate time, do not worry Filipinos. Under my leadership we will form a different alliance, not asian controlled, but these countries will be close to us, and shall help us til the New World ends.

NICA- Yes, I plan to revive this. After seeing that we have some PTOers in Philippines, I feel it is time to rid ourselves of these. NICA head shall head Immigration and Intelligence. Congressman can no longer let anyone in to let themselves grow without bettering the Philippines. NICA shall also enter one spy. This spy shall be known to only the cabinet. They will be in charge of reporting to the cabinet which Filipino's are actually PTOers and Multis. By doing so, we shall be the greatest country with no Internal enemies. Philippines shall be at peace.

Yes Filipinos, there are more plans to come... this is just the start, I have plans for Military revival, forum revival, and much much more.

Vice Minister of Defense Division 1 and 3 - Must be in Division one or three at the start of the term

Vice Minister of Defense Division 2 and 4 - Must be in Division two or four at the start of the term

Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs - Must be able to access google docs

Vice Minister of Internal Affairs - Have extremely good standing the Philippines, know how to play game and teach how to play

Director of NICA - Loyal eFilipino. EXTREMELY LOYAL. LOYAL BEYOND BELIEF. Seek betterment of ePhilippines.

ePhilippines Spy - Must be loyal to ePhilippines, at least 6 months of Filipino CS. Must be able to remain confidential at times.

VARIOUS AMBASSADOR SPOTS ARE OPEN. Become and ambassador and help grow foreign relations.
