Great Job Mav.
Great Work Mav. concise but good info. Next week we can say who WASN'T there 😛
27/39 Senators Active is a very poor outcome.
^that
I think we should remove those inactive senators from having access after a certain amount of time.
Agreed. For those who are going inactive as senators, its not just for the $$$. And if thats what you think its only for then I suggest you dont run please. Im sure there are much more hopefuls that are willing to put in 110%.

AFFORDABLE Q5 HOUSES? Sounds like the government officials are helping themselves. Some of the owners of this company ARE government officials. Ever hear of CONFLICT of INTEREST? 🙂
"Removal of Senator Preditorian as Senate Speaker

A close vote? I guess the rest of the senate, behind closed doors, can see Pred's abuse of power. It only took two decent Senators to get kicked out to achieve this! It was worth it citizens of eAus!
@ Pred
"27/39 Senators Active is a very poor outcome."
The other 12 people were afraid for you to see their vote against you. I can't really blame them. The REAL problem with a vote in senate is that it is not anonymous like it is in game play.

They do not want EVERYONE, including Pred, to see their vote against him. So long as just enough people vote him out that is good enough. 🙂
John
I'm sorry Icey but your comment "some of the owners" is wrong. There is only one owner of the company and that is myself and i'd like to point out that this scheme was being developed long before i became a senator and was proposed before i became a cabinet minister. At no point has my position been used for anything aside from the good of the country and if people would like to check my presentation at the last senate election (my first btw) they'll notice affordable Q5 housing was one of my promises. Seeing as you see fit to abuse me in your PM's to myself, i'd appreciate it if you didn't also do so publicly.
As for the proposal itself, Q5 housing provides the best wellness benefit. By making it more affordable we are actually removing it as an item only the "elite" or should i say RICH can afford and meaning more eAustralians can afford a Q5 house.
May i also point out to everyone that Icey has been supplying Q5 houses via the black market to Australia for quite a while, so i'd ask you consider that when reading his comments about the proposal seeing as the proposed price does undercut even his black market houses.
@ SOR
Do you give me permission to post the PM you sent me requesting my investment and what I could expect for profits from our government and our tax payers?
Do you give me permission to post my PM to you advising against it and that I felt tax payers money should not be used for this program?
Do you give me permission to post all the PMs you sent me requesting my money for an investment?
How did you come by 400+ Gold to fund this alone? You didn't. You have investors and most of them are members of government making money off the poor peoples' tax money.
Can I also disclose our private conversations about how you will buy your Raw Materials as well?
This could not be a bigger conflict of interest if it wanted to be. 🙂

You cannot produce a Q5 house for less than it can be purchased on the black market. Sorry. What is your proposed selling price of a Q5 house?
And YES, I sell Q5 houses on the black market.

Awesome 😃

EVEN BETTER 😃
There is a group right now working on removing SRG91 as Treasurer based on his past financial performance and understanding of economics.
Have it be known that SRG91 failed miserably with his housing company was quickly forced out of business.
Have it be known that SRG91 failed miserably with his Q1 Food company and was also quickly forced out of business.
Have it be known that SRG91's over reaction to a short term price spike in Q1 Food caused a rush of new Q1 Food companies to open up, crushing the value of all Q Level Foods, and resulting in his own company firing all of it's workers then selling their Q1 Food at a 17% higher price than he promised to the people of my great country.
SRG91 has absolutely no business as our Treasurer. I suggest he be replaced with someone with a proven track record of running at least one successful business and a firm understanding of basic economics.
John
SENATOR Icey1174 🙂
I wish you all the best in your attempt to remove me 😃
