Day 1,181, 00:20 Published in Japan Japan by DankEvergreen

The party president elections are here again, and I hope to win the support for my third consecutive ISP President term. Down below is the list of candidates, one of them most of us know if not all of us, with a third I'm not to familiar with. I'll also be addressing some topics I wish to put into action if elected as ISP President. So please take a few minutes, read about the plans I have for this term and hopefully I'll be able to win your support. Thank you to all those that supported me up to now and I hope to continue to have your support, also thank you to all those who read this, your time is well appreciated.

CP Primaries & ISP Bi-laws
During the last country president elections, I didn't run the ISP primaries to well, made obvious with the many people's questions. If re-elected I will make sure not to make that mistake again, I will make sure to hold a discussion up to at least 7 days before the election, giving members a chance to ask some questions for the CP candidates, and with that discussion a vote or poll will be included to choose who will receive ISP Endorsement.

Which brings me to ISP Bi-laws, that will act more as information then rules. The bi-laws will contain the many responsibilities of the parties positions such as the party president. It will have bi-laws for the CP Primaries, congress elections, ISP Events, and the donation box. I believe having these bi-laws can help the ISP in many ways, having the responsibilities put into detail anyone can read will help enable more members to speak up along with encouraging more members to get involved with party affairs, and last but not least allow new members to learn faster about our party and how some things work. If re-elected I will write the bi-laws to the best I can and put it up to discussion to have the active ISP member to add, subtract, or edit the bi-laws, to later put into a vote for a final decision.

ISP Positions
For this term I was hoping to bring back one position and add a new position. I was hoping to bring back the ISP Vice President, bringing in more ISP members into party affairs and leadership. The ISP Vice President will help me with party affairs from working with the JEC during congress elections, to ISP Events and articles. The ISP Vice President will be chosen by the Party President. The ISP Treasurer will help me maintain the donation box by updating it as new donations come in to end of the term financial reports to show our members where exactly the spent money went to. I believe it'll help increase activity in our part if we give our members more of a chance to get more involved with ISP leadership and party affairs. If I'm re-elected I will bring the Treasurer to discussion then vote, the Treasurer will be selected by nomination and vote by the members of the ISP.

My February 2011 Vice President is Hakaisha if re-elected.

Maintaining the ISP
The ISP Donation Box has been a success and has gained much support, however the ISP Events are still low in participation, but have still gained enough to give it another shot for this term. These ISP Events are not for any culture or holiday in eJapan, these events are a way for the party to give back to our supporters, the supporters that continue to put our members into office, and if I'm re-elected the first event will be an "ISP Avatar Frame" contest, with a total prize of 7 gold and some runner up prizes for 2nd place. Also for those ISP Members yet to visit the national forums, there is a second event for ISP members that are active on the forums. If you are active on the forums you probably will receive a membership into the ISP Social Group. Right before the country president elections the ISP Social Group holds a mini trivia event, that has questions with answers that have been ether been brought to discussion on the national forums or have at least been mentioned, that prize is also 7 gold just for answering 3-5 questions. But don't forget to support the ISP and donate!
As for congress I plan to continue working with the JEC in doing what we can to disapprove any potential threats or foreign gold/medal hunters. Only those JEC approved will be ISP approved and any unknown candidates will have to answer some questions that both the party president and JEC review. I will set up a sign up thread 7 days before the elections begin so I hope to see a lot of old and new faces return in the coming congress elections to help keep our government active and protected.
