EPIC and MDP are obviously reaching out to the independents.

Those numbers in the second graph are false. What you are saying is that everyone in MOO voted, but I know someone who didn't.
Not everyone is a party in Cyber, hence how EPIC got 52 votes more than party members.
Thats the number of votes from the elections page. Probably "newbies" without the party voted for the candidates
Everyone could vote even people without the parties. The votes are added up from Elections page. Its votes from all candidates from parties added together.
Have to give EPIC credit they mopped up this month.
