I am sorry I was not able to publish this earlier, I had an emergency yesterday which kept me away from any Internet access until just now.

As a precursor to the invasion, and for NE bonuses, China is attacking Visayas while Resistance Warring Luzon back to existence. Please focus on the Luzon battle. After Visayas is taken out, and we are reborn in Luzon an hour later or so, we will Resistance War Visayas one last time. The war will end when Visayas is taken.

This is all precipitous to a much bigger move in the entire region's military aims, so enjoy the NE bonus while it lasts, and I'll see you in Luzon!
