The Middle East

ONE and its allies currently dominate the Middle East, with Turkey hold all of Israel as well as 4 Saudi Arabian regions; the Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) occupies Cyprus, Eastern Egypt (4 regions) and the remainder of Saudi Arabia (9 regions); and Iran, which holds 2 regions of the United Arab Emirates.

The only EDEN presence in the area is Greece, who captured two Egyptian regions in a brief war between 11th and 14th December. This intervention of foreign powers has left both Egypt and Saudi Arabia without regions.

The only active war is that between the United Arab Emirates and Iran, however, FYROM is voting through a NE proposal against the UAE. These two wars will most likely be used to swap FYROM into a position where they can attack India, where, according to the most recent ONE HQ article they intend to set up a base to put pressure on China. All of the occupying countries have also faced various resistance wars, which are yet to be successful.

South Africa

Indonesia is currently battling South African forces in Limpopo (conventional) and Gauteng (resistance), as a cycle of Indonesian conquests and successful South African resistance wars continues. Meanwhile, South Africa is currently voting through a NE proposal against Brazil, putting into motion a plan to bring Brazil back into conflict with Indonesia.

Other

The other wars in this region include the Australia-New Zealand training war; resistance wars in Taiwanese held South Korea and Chinese held North Korea; and a war between Malaysia and Singapore.
