Another Look At Houses

In my previous article I looked primarily at housing raws to determine if they were profitable in Netherlands and found that it is not. I also speculated on wages, prices, and the usefulness of houses, finding that wages will permanently increase, prices will increase (in the long term), and houses are generally not worth it for anyone that isn't a smart businessperson or a heavy tank with plenty of cash. Now I will look at how profitable building and selling a house is when buying housing raws.

Are Houses Profitable To Build and Sell?
I took some basic data from the markets of Argentine, Chile, China, Greece, Poland, Serbia, UK, and USA to conduct this next section. My analysis will deal specifically with Q1 houses.
Top wages in these job markets range from 38-47 with Netherlands now having a top wage of 31. Instead of averaging it all up, I'm going to instead pick the number 40 as our wage to work with as a optimistic wage from the employers perspective.
Next we see that Q1 houses are selling at a variety of different rates and we should catalog them. Q1 houses range from 313.51 in USA to 530 in Argentina with the other countries at varying rates inbetween. For simplicity sake, let's claim a Q1 house can be sold at 350 relatively easy across all markets.
Finally lets take a look at housing raws. Across the board housing raws appear to have stabilized at .10 per raw. This makes things simple enough and we will use .10 for raws.
Let's do math:
Q1 Houses require 5 workers tickets. 40*5=200cc
Q1 Houses require 1000 housing raws. 1000*.10=100cc
Q1 Houses total costs. 200+100=300cc
On base value it only costs a person 300cc to actually build a Q1 house when buying raws off the market and assuming each worker is being payed 40cc. Someone selling a Q1 house at 350cc will make 50cc profit.
Conclusion
Although it only costs 300cc to build a house, I am omitting the 10g startup costs to build the company. Regardless, this currently seems like a lucrative deal. If houses sell for anywhere from 313.51 to 530, it is very possible to make at lot of money on the market at its current state. Do not expect this trend to last. The markets are still adjusting to the housing addition and will most likely equalize at a very low profit margin. Until then, build a level one Q1 house and attempting to work the market might be a decent idea for those of you that are business savy enough. I myself will be buying one and attempting to see how it turns out so I can notify the rest of you.

This is correct and will be up to the savy businessperson to navigate. NL currently has 1% across the board.

As Q1-3 houses add almost nothing towards you're health prices will keep dropping I suspect so margins decrease and will vanish. As with weps I suspect Q7 house COULD give you a profit, the others won't.
I agree. As soon as they introduce higher quality houses, people running a housing company will be forced to upgrade, or will have to shut their company down.
If you cannot afford any Q7 company, I doubt your company will have any success...
There might be a niche market for Q1 or Q2 houses for those players that want a cheaper alternative for extra health. Houses aren't like food or weapons and the amount of health wanted is all subjective.
Salary boom seems to be over worldwide, since I had working tickets lying around, I did not need to hire employees at insane prices for the construction of a couple of Q1 houses.
Raw materials came free with the housing factory, and value of the working tickets estimated at 15 NLG, I would say that the constuction of a Q1 costed me 5 x 15 NLG= 75 NLG.
When Raw runs out, I would need to buy some, estimating 0.10 for a Raw, and slightly higher salary wages...
Raw: 100 NLG, 5 tickets at 25 NLG= 225 NLG to build a house.
I've already seen prices being lower...
