Es para mi un orgullo y una responsabilidad enorme haber sido elegido como el primer Secretario General de la alianza Andes. Que mas que una alianza es un reflejo de la hermandad que flota ya hace tiempo sobre nuestra querida Sudamérica. Es la materialización pomposa de este bloque regional que venimos construyendo a fuerza de respeto, confianza y cooperación; que se ha terminado de forjar en estos últimos tiempos difíciles, bajo la invasión del imperialismo europeo.

Debo reconocer que para mí, un oldie de "izquierdas", Andes tiene una valor agregado. Acaso sean vicios RL, no digo que no, pero fueron muchas las veces que he soñado con una Latinoamérica unida. Desde la vieja A.L.A (Alianza Latino Americana) a principios del 2010 fueron muchos los intentos de unir a los pueblo de América del sur.

Todavía falta, por supuesto, pero ya hemos plantado la semilla y las raíces empiezan a extenderse por la tierra buscando a cada pueblo oprimido, a cada hermano latinoamericano que crea que la Patria Grande nos hará fuertes pero sobre todo nos hará libres.

Creo firmemente que en un futuro cercano, Andes será el respaldo para la soberanía de nuestra región, un pacto de saliva entre hermanos a la vieja usanza, el garrotazo implacable que caerá sobre cualquiera que intente someter a un pueblo Sudamericano.

Mi sueño es que Andes represente a todos los países de la región, que culturalmente tenemos tantas cosas en común, y es por eso que hago pública mi intención de que en el futuro se puedan sumar los países que faltan.

Mi sueños es entrelazar la cultura Sudamericana hasta que se borroneen las fronteras.

No me queda mas que agradecer a los CPs que han depositado en mí su confianza para iniciar este inmenso viaje cultural.

Espero estar a la altura de tales circunstancias.

It's for me a source of great pride and enormous responsability having been chosen as the first General Secretary of the Andes Alliance. More than an alliance it's a reflection of the brotherhood that has been floating for some time now over our beloved South America. It's the pompous materialization of this regional block that we have been building based on respect, trust and cooperation and which has solidified itself during these recent hard times under the invasion of Europan imperialism.

I must recognize that for me, an old lefty, Andes has added value. It might be a RL vice and I won't deny it, but there were many times when I've dreamed of a united Latin American block. From the ancient A.L.A. (Alianza Latino Americana) of early 2010 onwards there were many attempts at uniting the South American people.

There is still a long way to go, of course, but we've planted the seed and the roots are now spreading through the land searching for each oppressed people, for each Latin American brother who believes that the Patria Grande will makes us strong but, most importantly, will make us free.

I firmly believe that in the near future Andes will be backing the sovereignty of our region, an old fashioned spit pact between brothers, and the promise of a merciless smack against anyone who tries to subdue a South American nation.

My dream is for Andes to represent every country in the region, which has so much cultural bagagge in common, and that's why I make public my intention to incorporate the missing nations in the near future.

My dream is to weave together Latin American culture until the border lines are erased.

I have nothing left to do but to thank the Presidents that have deposited their trust in me to start this enormous cultural voyage.

I hope I'm up to the task,
