As many of you may know, Plato released that division level boundaries shall be changing as of tomorrow. This shall be implamented after much ‘feedback’ from players, but is it what we want?
The Problem:
As you can see, most division three players shall be demoted back to division one. This means that strength based players shall go back to being in the weakest division. Consequently, new players, and old players who haven’t focused on strength, shall find it increasingly hard to make a difference in a campaign. For example, it has taken me over a year to reach level 33, and now I can only win one point for my country?
It used to be that it wasn’t only division four that decided a battle, D1, D2and D3 could still cause a non ‘pay-to-play’ side to win. However, now D3 has been increased to level 50, another three points go to the Gold Buyer’s side.

Profit:
Now we get onto an interesting bit: Profit. My main source of income was BHs. I do not produce and neither rely on wages.
I spend one gold on weapons, so my profit is about 3 gold a day. D3 was a good place for me, I could easily get BHs, and profit quite reasonably from them. Now, back in D1, it will be hardly worth fighting, especially for people weaker than I. Admittedly, I am close to D2, but then again, I shall be fighting against stronger players, for less domination points, and less gold!
The solution?
Elementary!
Different boundaries? –I think not.
Strength + Rank? -Again, no. All that would happen is you would get a strong player with a high rank. He would stop training and not rank up due to the increasing amount of rank points needed for each rank.
Therefore, the solution is more divisions, increasing the amount of domination points. If a D5 is added at level 70, it adds value to weaker D4 players and allows new players to the to make a difference to the game!

One problem here: This solution contains common sense.

Divisions should be more, and based on achievements:
1st Division
2nd Division is achieved with: - Level 30 - OR - 10k strength - OR - 50 medals
3rd Division is achieved with: - Level 50 - OR - 25k strength - OR - 150 medals
4th Division is achieved with: - Level 75 - OR - 50k strength - OR - 350 medals
5th Division is achieved with: - Level 100 - OR - 80k strength - OR - 1000 medals
Once you achieve just one of these requirements, you change division.
That would balance everything. Don't you think?
I don't know about the medals but I think the best solution is division by strength. The measure of hit power is given by strength not by xp.
Hit power depends both on strength and rank, and you can't have a big rank without many XPs. If you just consider strength, some players will stop training and they will increase just their rank, making it impossible for the others to stay on their level without sacrificing training too.
More than this: superbuyers who get many XP and don't want a big rank would take all medals, making the game boring for the others.
The most balanced game is the one in which you "naturally" change division and you can help more your country, little by litte, imho. : )
division1 now will have new starting citizens togeter with 30kstrength GOW* guys from former div3... so here is the question: what was the function of divisions?
wasn't it to seperate new players from older stronger ones?
and now with higher level in div2-3 i don't think that BHs will make profit there anymore...

On the other hand, div 4 was overcrowded. I was close to div 4, and frankly I'm nowhere from the top players.

I would call Plato on his "feedback" statement, it should be plainly known by now he is conflicted, by some players making a multi and using gold to overpower the lower divisions.
The smartest way to do shall be to keep D1 1-24 , and D2 24-35 etc ...
Because the only way for a beginner to have gold where BH. Now, they will fight with former D3 players and BH at 3M in D1 ... Instead of 150k.
So no chance for newcomers to improve, and they will leave the game. Well done Plato !

The obvious change was div 5. I'm guessing there wasn't enough profit in that for them.
Admins probably only differentiate between paying customers/non paying customers. Looking from their perspective I therefore don't see the use in creating equality between the two groups. It's completely their intention to yield advantage to VISA players and disadvantage to others.
