La comunidad ecubana podrá elegir su artículo preferido, votando en los comentarios de este artículo. Para poder partcipar de la votación se requieren las mismas condiciones planteadas en el art. 4 de la Ley de Referendum:

4. Todos los ciudadanos eCubanos pueden votar en el referéndum y todos sus votos son iguales. Sin embargo, los siguientes grupos están excluidos de la votación:
4.1 Ciudadanos eCubanos que no haya obtenido al menos una medalla al Trabajador Destacado.
4.2 Ciudadanos eCubanos que obtuvieron la ciudadanía durante los 14 días anteriores al inicio de la celebración del referéndum.
4.3 Ciudadanos eCubanos que obtuvieron la ciudadanía una vez comenzado el referéndum.

The ecubana community will be able to choose their favorite article, voting in the comments of this article. In order to participate in the voting, the same conditions set out in art. 4 of the Referendum Law:

4. All the eCuban citizens can vote in the referendum and all their votes are equal. However, the following groups are excluded from voting:
4.1 eCuban citizens who hadn’t obtained at least one Hard Worker medal.
4.2 eCuban citizens who obtained citizenship during the 14 days preceding the start of the referendum.
4.3 eCuban citizens who obtained the citizenship once the referendum had started.
