[US-AIM] Why is the table round?

Day 1,992, 11:50 Published in USA USA by Cubby

Hello eAmericans!

As you might already have heard, yesterday, the newly formed US-AIM (Association of Independent Militias) was represented on the battlefield for the first time. We started three resistance wars in Spain (Norte, Newfoundland and Labrador & North East Venezuela) and managed to liberate the former 2 regions. To be candid, 2 of them were designed to be diversionary. Whoops, a bit too much force!

I speak today, not as a representative of US-AIM, but as the CO of one of the many member MUs. That distinction is key to understanding why this is different.

Now, it’s time to clarify some things. US-AIM is a loose organization of many independent MUs in the eUS, counting 16 units (so far) with hundreds of highly active members across all divisions, and close to 2000 unit members represented. We share a few things in common— among them is our desire to fight TWO.

The goals of US-AIM are to establish a network, improve communication across the many units, to kick some ass every now and then when showing up with full power, and, of course, to have fun. There are no strings attached as the member units all keep their independent status. US-AIM as an organization doesn’t want to and will not be forcing any of its members to fight in a specific battle or do anything else against their will.

Seal Team Six looks forward to a strong partnership with other independent military units. Together, we can do much more than we can isolated. We will choose to cooperate but have the freedom to disagree. Our independence will not be forsaken. Yet common goals are surely valued.

What about the US government? The DoD? The NSC? What about the backroom deals? The negotiations with foreign interests? What about the wisdom from players that are not represented by US-AIM? It goes without saying that all of these things are an integral part of the game. Yet absolute power corrupts absolutely. “We” are not the enemy, we are the people. Many members represented by US-AIM are involved in politics currently. It is not our aim (pun not intended) to act like a political party, but as an interest group that desires that its values be represented.

Mistakes have been made in the past (and parties on all sides are to blame) through poor communication in the eUS. Egos have clashed. People have been bought and sold. Feelings have been hurt. What makes US-AIM especially unique at this moment is that we choose to come to the table.

With common interests. With a desire for camaraderie. There is not just one voice commanding orders. Together, we will seek to do what is right, defending America, fighting the enemy, and having a blast while doing so. We invite anyone, including government representatives, to speak up about how we can work together. In doing so, tomorrow will surely be a brighter day.

What is US-AIM?

US-AIM (United States Association of Independent Militias) is a collection of independent military units coming together to foster cooperation and to coordinate damage in the interest of national defense.

The purpose of US-AIM is to promote the prominence of independent military units in the eUS and to advocate for their interests. This will be achieved through joint recruitment, war games, and joint deployment operations.

So if you’re looking for fun, adventure, and a sense of community join one of our Military Units.
