[TR MoFA] And Justice for All...
Disisleri Bakanligi
People of Finland
This article is implemented to inform you about the history and the current state of conflict between our countries.
In the past weekend, we were approached by a Finnish government delegation seeking to discuss terms of possible peace accord between our countries.
In our conversations, we reminded our Finnish counterparts that eTurkey suffered an unfair and malicious treatment about 1 year ago when eFinland was occupying our 3 most populous regions.
Specifically speaking, eFinland employed embargo and tax related legislations to suffocate eTr to a slow death. And, it lasted for months.

We informed our Finnish counterparts that there is an intensely felt demand of justice among eTurkish population and the Finnish proposals for the peace accord must somehow answer this demand.
Finnish delegation offered a public apology for the past crimes of Finland against eTurkey alongside a symbolic war reparation as a token of remorse.
We perceived Finnish offer quite positively. At the end, we are looking for justice, not revenge. A public apology reflecting remorse would be enough to answer our demand for justice.
We offered our counter-proposal, which was not significantly different from Finnish offer.
As Finnish representatives were conveying our proposal to their parliament for evaluation, we were anticipating a peace treaty would be signed soon.
Yesterday (Monday), to our amusement and surprise, Finnish representative informed us that Finnish parliament is rejecting our proposal in a blanket fashion.
As the gap between Finnish proposal and ours was quite narrow, we assume that Finnish parliament rejects our proposal as well as the one offered by Finnish government.
In other words, it looks like Finnish parliament is cold to the idea of a peaceful closure of hostilities between our countries.
Since your parliament seems reluctant to sign a balanced and fair peace accord and to answer our righteous demand of justice, we are morally free to pursue other means, which were once practiced by Finland on eTr for malicious reasons.
Since Finnish parliament is reluctant to implement an apology to express their remorse, we are duty-bound to make eFinland feel the remorse to start implementing an apology.
We did try our best to resolve this issue peacefully and bury the past.
Your decision makers torpedoed it.
Responsibility of whatever implications befallen to your country from this point forward solely belongs to your decision makers as we wash our hands clean.
Signed,
J211

boo-hoo, what a load of crap.
If every country in this game wanted justice from eTurkey, eTurkey would still be wiped to this very moment.
thats the way mofa's talk to another mofa... Yet I believed you were a good diplomat.
Just like you wanted justice for what happened 7 years ago, while attacking us few months ago. Justice for fail magician 🙂
@J211 I'm not sure I understand what you mean. I apologize if I insulted your feelings somehow, but that is my opinion.
@my dear FailAndNomagic ( 😛 ) justice would have been either keeping you wiped, or damaging you economically in some other way, as I remember you did to us in the period you mentioned. Few months ago was purely for helping an ally.
I don't even know what happened by then. I wasn't playing. Im a newbee 😃
Write an article and inform us, lets settle old accounts ^.^
like it or not saying "load of crap" to our demand for justice in the way we believe is indeed insulting... you may not agree but that is not the way to express it i guess
@MaM I don't have time for that, sadly.. but basically I remember eTurkey backstabbing us, attacking us together with greece in Arabia, which marked our lowest point in our eRepublik era. eTurkey pushed us into the abyss of long-term wipe back then.
@J211 The article itself is informative and I learnt new stuff from it, which is why it got my vote. But you publicly demanding justice, I can't stand for (not that Finland is perfect, far from it)...
eTurkey was wiped for long periods and I don't know if there is anything they should apologize for from the recent past. On the part of Pacifica however there is much more to apologize for, not only Finland and not only for ill-intentioned laws but for the manners that characterized their operation in general from arrogance (Poland) to slanders, humiliations and intentional deceptions (USA), which wasn't 7 years ago, but 7 months ago. Of course we should be ready to recognize the mistakes on our side, but even if Turkey isn't perfect, this article definitely isn't a load of crap, at least compared to Pacifica articles/communication styles.
exactly. That is why eUSA is wiped by us for some months now. 😉

As an eCountry with an ill fame of bullying others "just for fun" in past , I recommend you to choose your words more carefully when it comes to calling it "crime" , "remorse" and "justice"
It may hurt you more than your "counterparts"
This is a game
First of all we have worked so hard to gain prestige from that kind of foreign policy wrongdoings in the past. Secondly implementing embargo law to an invaded country is something that must never be done. I do not remember our congress passing an embargo law to the country we invaded for no reason, like Finland did to us. And finally I am tired don't make me have endless discussion with you 😛
Why would I?
But justice would be doing the same with embargo law
Other acts will be translated as vengence
We have tried other ways but Finland did not accept it. For us an apology and symbolic war reperations was enough yet they have rejected. And till the last moment we have waited yet... Yet we are still open for peace negotiaaions.

It's a revenge. Nothing more, nothing less.
That's the easy interpretation and from your position of course you'll never have to think about if you weren't right.
And this is a comment from a guy who was in the peace negotiations. We would have this law in the moment we won the Lapland battle. But it seems demanding justice for the previous humiliation of our nation is totally wrong for you.
Revenge is kinda sweet. Hurt me intentionally and become my number one enemy even if you don't worth to be one.
